How I Overcame Anxiety, Depression, ADHD and How You Can Too | PA19

Lately, I've been noticing how talks of depression, anxiety, and even ADHD have been coming up. I suffered from all the above and then some more for most of my life. In today's episode, I'm sharing about my dark past and how I stepped out of the darkness and into the light with the right support, tools, and accountability to be the best version of myself that I am today.

·       ANXIETY: I suffered from anxiety, and how I moved through it and didn't let it run my life anymore.

·       DEPRESSION: How easily it can bog you down without knowing, but getting the right help and tools can shift you out of depression

·       ADD: How my "diagnosis" ruled my life for 15 years and how I learned to rechannel that energy of attention deficit disorder

·       EMOTIONS: It takes 6 seconds on average to feel, process, and move through to release. They're like clouds in the sky just passing by

·       LEAN IN: Allow yourself to feel what's coming up and try to avoid suppressing

·       WHAT LIGHTS YOU UP: Figuring out what gives you joy and happiness can help you shift your energy into a more positive state

·       SET YOURSELF UP: For success, by taking action and using strategies and systems to be productive and accomplish the goals and life you desire.
