Did you know there's a massive difference between being mindful and mind full? Today, modern life is so busy with all the things we need to do, keeping up with technology, and how to navigate through the ever-changing world.

In today's episode, we'll be learning about:

●     Gain awareness around behaviors that may be holding you back from living your best life.

●     Understand that having your mind full of all the things can hold you back.

●     When your mind is full, you can feel overwhelmed, sad, anxious, depressed, impatient, future, and past focused.

●     When you're mindful, you can feel Calm, relaxed, more attentive, aware, more in tune with your senses, and allow yourself to enjoy the present moment.

●     Understanding how you can fall between mindful and full all the time, and how that's ok!

 

Melanie is uberly passionate about all things mindset, nutrition, and wellness. She's been deep diving into the wellness industry for over six years. She's learned to master her craft while working with others to get to the root cause of what's holding them back from their goals and bigger vision.

Melanie currently lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband, Oliver, and her son, Elliott. She enjoys being in nature, taking care of her house plants, reading, and snuggles with her boys.
