· EMDR: (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ) is a form of therapy that is extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders.
· YOU ARE NOT THE PRODUCT OF YOUR EXPERIENCES: Learning that you are not confined by your trauma and struggles can be liberating and freeing.
