According to Dr. Joe Dispenza, the leading neuroscience researcher, most of those thoughts are the same ones we had yesterday, and the day before that and the day before that. He says we are literally creatures of thought habits.
Is it possible to reshape our habitual thoughts? My guest Hilary DeCesare says that it is. And I agree with her!
Taking the encouragement of her mother to get out there and find ways to make money Hilary began to understand at a very early age; you make money to have the lifestyle you want to live.
After finding much success in the business world Hilary quickly learned that money did not always equal the happiness she believed it did. That there were in fact some key missing steps between the bottom and the top. It was out of this discovery that her company “The ReLaunch Co.” was born.
