Author and cancer survivor James Templeton is my guest today on SOS. He has become so passionate about his cause to provide hope to others, he documented his journey in his new book, I Used to Have Cancer: How I Found My Own Way Back to Health and has also started the Templeton Wellness Foundation.
In this episode, James shares his story of what it took to overcome his condition but, more importantly, that taking personal responsibility for his situation was the difference between life and death. According to James, had he listened to his oncologist, he would have died 30 years ago, but he is here to encourage us all that there is hope and alternatives!
If you want to learn more about James, order his book or view interviews of other “overcomers,” go to https://iusedtohavecancer.com/ or https://templetonwellness.com/
During the show, we discuss how stress reduction and our lifestyle choices affect our wellness levels. With that, we want to recommend CRG’s Stress Indicator and Health Planner assessment. This is CRG’s most extensive assessment and was just recently updated with the latest breakthrough research. You will benchmark your Distress, Interpersonal Stress, Nutritional Habits, Lifestyle Choices/Condition, Time Stress, and Occupational Stress. From there, you can take immediate action to reduce stress and increase your wellness.
Thank you in advance for subscribing, sharing and posting a positive review and/or comment as we expand our impact to encourage and inspire others.
Until next time,
Keep Living On Purpose!
