which is a marketing agency. I'm also an attorney of 28 years. So

I practice in divorce and personal injury and litigation.

Something you may not know is that my name Blanca is in honour

of my mother's sister who unfortunately died in the

Holocaust. So I'm named in honour of her memory. And so a

lot of people don't know that. So that's how I got the name,

Blanca. And another thing they don't know is all through high

school, I was Irene. When I went to college, I told my parents,

I'm changing my name to my middle name, Blanca, so I can be

be doing as a collective ad strategy amongst our community

members, whoever wants to be a part of it. It's primarily going

to be best for people physically in Florida, but it could apply

so that everybody can meet more people and have more wins,

So just a lot of exciting things happening. But the goal is I'd

like LAHSA life to be a publicly traded digital marketing agency.

I'd like it to be an international company. And I

just would like to just continue to spread the mission that we

all need to help each other and ask big of each other.

I have to say that I noticed that each show, you do bring up

a charitable component. And I love that aspect of it that's

really goes to the heart Senate centre side of things. So people

come in from all over the world. And some of them bring forth

some of the most amazing charitable events that are

helping people and kids. And it's really, really a true

blessing on the show. When people do that. And you guys

just the whole group, everyone gets right behind it and rallies

behind it. So I find that to be one of the really great parts of

the show, because it runs for about an hour and a half. So you

kind of break it up into those laws of life nuggets, and then

then then get into the interview piece. And then people get to

share breakout and into their charitable stuff like that as

well. How do you do this? And also conduct a law career?

That's what I always wondered.

Well, a lot of people ask that. I mean, they

say that most successful entrepreneurs have nine to 12

revenue streams? And the answer is this. I have an excellent

team within the laws of life. Our director of communications

is Carol Perez. And she's now starting her third year with the

Blanca Perper: 00:08:51

laws of life company. And so because I have spent 1000s of

hours training Carrillo so the answer is training. And if you

have a well trained team, then they're able to operate your

Blanca Perper: 00:09:07

company at the highest level. So the fact is that because curl,

so highly trained, she's able to carry the daily operations of

the company, I can do my Tuesday show. And I can, you know, spend

a few hours a week consulting and helping clients get boarded

into the agency, but curl really runs with it. And we have a lot

of automated processing. And then on the law side, I also

have an excellent team. And I'm also bringing a lot of those

processes to the law. It really is all about process. The more

process, the less manual work and then you can do more and

battling cancer life business is a team sport and you did mention

conferences, and that friendship has just yielded so many

beautiful new friendships. My my collaboration with Sunny arpha

Feel great meditate. We talk every morning, she's taught me

the art of meditation, and her meditation group is exploding on

social media and her live events. There's just a lot of

growth. And it's really beautiful to watch. And my

friendship with Mark Segal up at CBD. We're now networking and

doing business development. So all of the relationships that

I've built in the laws, I tell you, having a space where you

meet your business colleagues and friends, every week, creates

the deepest, most beautiful friendships you can imagine. And

I think if more people did that, with their friends, and with

their family, and I'm talking about a regular space to

connect, they would see so much growth beyond our wildest

imagination. And that's really what's happened, the loss of

life has created the best circle of friends I could ever pray

her. And I mean, it's truly, really nice to see to go someone

from, you know, from the start to actually get so much traction

and exposure and availability, and create a market and create a

market. It was really cool.

Here's the thing. My father had a great love languages when you

do something celebrated big. And so in that, for her brand, we

did a fashion show, I said you need to do a fashion show

showcasing your fashion fishing line for women. It's called Reel

ladies. And so I helped her produce her fashion show. And

then of course, we pre marketed the fashion show in Panama City

Beach, Florida. And she had over 200 people at the fashion show.

And if there's another love lives that really comes into

play, here, it is inter personal connection. To me, events are

everything. And so you need to launch and relaunch. That's why
