Saylor Cooper is an entrepreneur and co-owner of Real Variety Radio along with his best friend and co-host, Tyler Evans. Their podcast, Hope Without Sight, inspires listeners that anyone can do anything they set their mind to, regardless of their circumstances or obstacles that may get in the way. The show features testimonies of those who have been at their lowest point in life and how they have climbed all the way to the top.

Saylor and Tyler are dedicated to smashing the stigma of disabilities. Both men have severe issues with their sight.  They noticed that, too often, blind people are not able to work, yet they can contribute significantly to our society with the right tools, adaptations and attitude. 

Their podcast, Hope Without Site, focuses on stories of inspiration and overcoming difficulties in life.
