Courageous Conversations with Elizabeth Bennett

There’s a lot of things going on with the lives of our teenagers - physically, emotionally, socially and psychologically. This is a crucial time to have a conversation with them, and know what’s going on with their lives. How can we best support our teens right now? How can we start a conversation that would make them feel heard, understood and valued?

The best way to be able to do that is to have courageous conversations with them. What does it mean?
