Do not miss these highlights:
01:01 Kinsey is sharing that she’s been traveling a lot the last few months, which has been incredible, a little overwhelming, and very grateful.
01:27 She watches herself evolve and be an outsider, settling into that new version of herself and her company.
02:17 Honestly she’s been experiencing a disconnect from herself, but not from a sense of misalignment.
02:25 It’s the state of growing so fast and she now entered into this new dimension of her life, her business, and even just as a woman.
03:07 She had a huge breakthrough last week. It was all from this experience of being exposed to a new way of life.
03:50 Recently, she took a trip to Naples, Florida, which she claims has become one of the wealthier cities in Florida.
04:13 Kinsey with a couple of girlfriends as in business besties, were on this trip.
04:53 We went there to learn more about public relations and also outline our public relations strategy as it relates to all of our businesses.
05:18 But then we came out of much more than the people, the experiences, the relationships we created, and so much more than that.
05:41 What happened also was she was able to see and find comfort in her life and in her business. It’s like when you're put into a new world.
06:26 She realized that everything that she created up until this point was her vision from two to three years ago.
06:43 But now she stopped reaching. She unconsciously decided that she already made it and settled into that new zone of comfort.
07:05 But there, she felt a new hunger come through her to stretch herself and expand into a new dimensions. But that only happened because she was exposed to it.
08:05 One loses a little bit of that hunger when one doesn't have something exciting very specific, or have a true vision of what that next level looks like.
08:51 This isn't to say that we're always reaching for more without really being fully present in our current circumstances also.
09:25 Stay on being challenged and be exposed to a different way of life and realize that you always have a next level.
10:10 Avoidance or being consumed by fear and not being a risk-taker.
10:28 Then you start to burn out. That's when you start to just settle into the way it is without feeling excited about it.
10:59 Kinsey now felt something burning into her bones and blood. Whereas before, it was so far out of reach, it couldn't even feel tangible.
12:11 A business model that was never even in existence in your brain.
12:50 A yacht, but it's an example of how things might be playing out in your life where you are not even dreaming big enough.
13:11 The problem is we have limitations on those desires based on what we know to be true. and what we've been exposed to in the world around us.
13:40 Exactly what has been with Kinsey. These blind spots that she hadn't even seen before were keeping her stuck and plateaued.
13:58 She was opened up to so much more. And that would have never happened if she wasn't in that place.
14:26 She is now immersing herself in this new version of who she is becoming and it was just so fascinating for her.
14:57 It's no doubt that this is relevant to all of us, all of you as you grow into your new you.
15:20 As a challenge, drop into your desires in such a bigger way and do whatever you can to get a little bit closer to that.
16:05 Get yourself feeling fueled and fired up and that hunger coming back because that's going to keep you going to your new bigger dream.
16:25 Making money should be fun. It should be connected to how you feel about it, what you want to create in your life, and what it can do for you.
17:20 Shake up those desires. Ask yourself those bigger questions, dream bigger, and reignite that hunger inside of you that has just been suppressed out of fear, avoidance, or belief.

Welcome to Captivate and Close. I'm Kinsey Machos, business consultant and marketing strategist. And I'm going to show you how to attract and enroll high-paying clients using my breakthrough online marketing strategies, all without having to rely on complicated funnels, disingenuous clickbait, or spammy sales tactics. These are the messaging marketing and selling secrets that virtually no one is talking about. So let's dive in. Hey, you welcome back to another episode. It's so good to be here with you today. And I am coming in hot it is a Thursday afternoon. It's kind of my Friday since I take Friday's off now. And so just closing the loops on all the things catching up, I have been traveling a lot the last few weeks really the last few months, which has been really incredible, and also a little overwhelming. And I'm grateful for it either way. But one of the things that I really wanted to share with you is actually about one of the trips that I recently took. And I think that this is has been just such a fun experience to watch myself, evolve and be an outsider to me, in this new year. Twenty twenty two was just such a huge year for us in so many ways. And I feel like I am still sort of settling into that new version of myself and my company. And it's been really, really uncomfortable. And in all honesty, I feel like it has also kind of stalled me out a little bit. And I haven't been able to really pinpoint what that is or how to overcome it or exactly where to even begin to peel back the layers. But there has no doubt that I have been sort of experiencing sort of a disconnect from myself, not from a sense of misalignment. But I think what has been happening is I have grown so fast and kind of entered into this new dimension of life and a business and even just as a woman that I'm even just relearning, or rediscovering this new version of me. And so in that sense, it does feel a little disconnected. It's sort of that cognitive dissonance like who even am I. But I think what had happened also is that over the last six months or so I have noticed that things have shifted for me. And I want to unpack that for you through a story. Because I had a huge breakthrough this last week. And it was all from this experience of being exposed to a new way of life. So all that being said, I just invite you to really look at your experiences your life and really think about where am I being expanded here? And what do I have to learn in this season, and it will open you up to so much more versus feeling kind of stuck or plateaued. I think that that was sort of a huge breakthrough for me, also, which then, you know, opened me up to more lessons learned. But recently, I took a trip to Naples, Florida, which has become one of the wealthier cities in Florida for sure, I think maybe even in the nation. But how this all transpired was really, really fascinating. And I can't even begin to describe the synchronicities of this how we landed here. But the a couple girlfriends and I you know business besties we decided we wanted to pay a female expert, a leader in her industry to come visit us in Naples and train us on public relations. Again, the whole experience was just so crazy. We really started to brainstorm what this could look and feel like we started to speak it into existence. And the fact that it actually happened is still mind blowing to me. But it did. And my girlfriend has a condo in Naples, Florida. So she hosted us there. And we all went last week and the experience was more than it could ever have been. You know, we went there to learn more about public relations and also really outline our public relations strategy as it related to all of our businesses. So there was three of us all in different industries. And then this PR expert, so there was four of us total. And, you know, we expected to go into this really having not outlined PR strategy. But what we came out of it was so much more than the people, the experiences, the relationships we created, were just so much more than that. And I am just still so blown away by this experience, and sort of how this really evolved into this super expanded container. But what happened also was sort of me seen where I had found comfortability, in my life and in my business, and when you're kind of put into a new world, so in this case, we're in Naples, Florida, and there is wealth everywhere, right? There's wealth in our circle, and there's wealth in this city. And we are having conversations that I have never had before. And the experiences that we shared our experiences that were never even in my purview. And as I'm sort of observing this, as an outsider, I'm realizing that everything that I've created up until this point, was sort of my vision, you know, two to three years ago, sort of what I was reaching for, at the time is like, I'm living my dream life and my dream business. And I stopped reaching, it was sort of like I unconsciously decided, like, Oh, I've made it and settled into sort of a new zone of comfort, which is so fascinating. And as I started to see what was next for me, or the potential or the possibility of sort of that next level, I was like, Holy crap, I felt that new grit and that new hunger come through me to really stretch myself and expand myself into new dimensions. But that only happened because I was exposed to it. And I realized that that really, truly, that's what's created all of my success, even up until this point, is just seeing a new level, being close to it, and then really stepping into that version of you that can create those results. But like I said, I kind of unintentionally had started to settle into comfort, and stopped reaching, you know, I have my morning formula that I read every morning and sort of the vision that I have, but I think that it sort of I outgrew it a little bit, and I wasn't feeling fired up about it anymore, because I kind of already reached it. And I think that you lose a little bit of that hunger when you don't have something exciting, very specific, or have a true vision of what that next level looks like for you. And you stop dreaming, and you stop believing in the magic of business, which is really truly all the elements that keep you alive, and hungry for more. Now, I'm not saying that I am. It's not good to be content, I think 100% I feel so content in my life and my business. And I'm so grateful for everything I have. But it is important to continue to have and strive for that next level, whatever that looks like. This isn't to say that we're always reaching for more without really being fully present to our current circumstances. But I will say that if you lose sort of that hunger and that desire, it will start to you'll notice things around you just feel sort of baseline. And I think that this was so fascinating to really watch how I was being challenged and really being exposed to a different way of life and realizing like, oh, I have a next level. I have a next version of myself that I am ready to start experimenting with and a next level of my life that I really want to start reaching for while also believing that my success is inevitable because I'll be honest, you know, there
Kinsey Machos:was a lot of hard lessons learned that had to go through in Twenty twenty two. And I think through that I had decided that I made bad decisions and so all the decisions I've been making have been from avoidance, like, I don't want to experience that pain, or I don't want to take on that risk anymore, which if you know me, I've always been a big risk taker. And so when you really couple that, right, this sort of avoidance or being consumed by fear, and you couple that with sort of losing that hunger and that desire of that next level of you, and knowing what that actually looks like, that's when we start to burn out. And that's when we start to kind of just settle into well, this is just the way it is without feeling excited about it. And when you put yourselves in rooms, in containers, in experiences, on trips, where you're like, What the hell is even going on right now. And you're like, feel like you're in another world or dimension. Those are the things that start to truly, truly settle into your bones, your blood, right? Whereas before, it was so far out of reach, it couldn't even feel tangible to you. So an example is we were talking about yachts. And we were talking to a woman in Naples, who owns a yacht business. And it's for people that it's called smart, yachting. Again, this is all news to me. yachts were only pictures before this, okay. And now we're learning about sort of the, the lifestyle of yachting, so smart yachting, which basically means that you don't have to buy a yacht and have to invest in the maintenance of it, and like docking it and things like that, apparently, it's just really a pain. And so you can bind to this membership. So that wherever you go, you have points to rent a yacht while you're there without the overhead or the maintenance or worrying about, you know, where to dock it. And we're talking about the dynamics of this business. First of all, again, this business model was never even in existence in my brain. And we're realizing we're looking at the pricing of, you know, memberships for this for being in this yacht club, and is like really reasonable. And I'm thinking, Oh, my gosh, like one two years from now, I could be a member of this yacht. And like, we can go as a family and friends and mastermind go hang out on a yacht, like What is even happening right now, right? Whereas before a yacht was just something in a distance where, you know, multimillionaires, were just like frolicking around. And it never occurred to me that that was even a possibility. And so it's such a small example. And you're probably like, what a yacht? Maybe, maybe you're like, oh, yeah, a yacht. But it's an example of how this might be playing out in your life where you are not even dreaming big enough, right? You are, we're all we are all really driven by our desires. But the problem is, we have limitations on those desires, based on what we know to be true. And what we've been exposed to, and sort of the world around us. And so if we don't really expose ourselves to more and open ourselves up to more, that's when we start those limitations start to really, really creep in on the life we want to create and the business we want to create in the results we want to drive forward. And that's exactly what has been happening to me, right, these really, really blind spots that I hadn't even seen before, were keeping me stuck and plateaued, if you will, because I hadn't dropped yet to that next level. It's sort of this expansion, I was being open up to so much more. And that would have never happened. If I didn't in the first place, have that conversation with my business besties. And we weren't kind of dreaming and scheming of like, who would this be? What could that look like? Oh, and we could, you know, use her condo. And we could experience a wealthy city in Naples. And we could have all these really incredible conversations about wealth, and yachts and really immerse ourselves in sort of this new version of who we were becoming. And it was just so fascinating, and it's still processing and I'm still just sort of like really wrapping my brain around what has shifted in me because it was so fast. And I had this realization like so fast. I was like, Oh my gosh, right. And I'm still just like on layering some of that, but it it's no doubt that this is relevant to all of us, all of you, right as you grow into new hobbles, you will unintentionally find yourself settling, because you haven't even realize that there is more available to you, you just don't know it yet, you haven't defined it yet, you haven't even put it into your peripheral yet. So I just challenge you to really, really drop into your desires in such a bigger way and do whatever you can to get a little bit closer to that. Right? Even if it means asking yourself better questions, what do you desire? Notice what comes up for you. And those limitations that creep in? When you ask yourself this question, and then ask, Well, why not? Right? Whatever sort of floats in and out of your brain, really study it. But then ask yourself, What am I not thinking of? What do I really want to be true in my life, but I don't believe can be, what is it that I really want to be doing? Three years from now, five years from now? What is it that I want to experience that I haven't even considered was possible for me, when you start to really do that, you will find yourself feeling fueled and fired up and that hunger coming back, because that's going to keep us going. Right? If we're just kind of tracking to our quarterly or annual targets or revenue targets, like that's not even fun. And making money isn't fun, if it's not connected to how you feel about it, and what you want to create in your life, and what it can do for you. And most importantly, right, if you have these blind or blink limitations that you're not even aware of yet, you will be unintentionally kind of just coasting through. That's not what I want for you. I'm so glad I had this experience because it came through me in such a big way. I was like, Oh, this is something that I can articulate to you and share with you so that you can again, push yourself or put yourself in new scenarios, new containers, new experiences, to open yourself up to new. You know, I love my life. I love my days so much. And also it can feel repetitive and mundane. And sometimes it's like, Okay, gotta shake it up a little bit. So I just urge you shake it up a little bit, shake up those desires, really ask yourself those bigger questions, dream bigger, and really, really reignite that hunger inside of you, that has just maybe been suppressed out of fear or avoidance, right, or belief. And watch yourself expand and really feel open to that next version of you. And that next level of success. Oh my gosh, I just love this topic so much. And I'm just thankful for this container to share it with you. And I hope that it resonated with you in some way. And I hope that you take the time to really unpack a lot of this because I think it can totally be a game changer for you. Alright, that is it for today. I will see you next week.
