On today's episode, Amy Janece talks about her experience in finding out how the colors we choose impact how we present to others and ourselves. She shares her personal story and how, as a doubter, she was amazed at the difference in making different choices and aligning her colors with her element. Amy talks about the confidence and empowerment she sees in women who find themselves happy with how they look and how their confidence radiates through.
We talk about how elements (Fire, Water, Air, Earth) are more than just the “season” colors that were popular in the past. The elements also incorporate your personality and a range of factors, including body and face shape and how you present yourself in the world. Amy then talks about the science of color and how colors evoke emotions. She also provides a brief breakdown of the general characteristics of the different elements, including how this impact all aspects of life.
