Have people in your life started to sound like a broken record? You might even realize that sometimes you do as well. Repeating the same conversations again at the end. When you're on the receiving end, when you've heard that track too many times before you do wonder why you keep listening. It gets tiresome, it brings you down. They seem to get better for getting off their chest, but you're left feeling down for no apparent reason. And if you're not aware of it, you think it's you that's feeling off and be confused as to why it's a pattern that my clients know all too well. They will have that empathetic side. And I imagine if you're listening to this, you probably do too. And like a lot of them, you may not fully realize just how much at this point. Once I take them through the process of awareness and being able to tell the difference between what they carry that's not theirs. And what is this then allows them the freedom to manage even their most challenging days with common strength. For anyone who's ever experienced random down or snappy days frustrated days, when it doesn't seem really like there's a logical reason for it, you'll know the frustration that this brings. Now imagine the freedom you'll feel when you're able to switch moods in an instant. And what you'll be able to do in the future with consistent energy and motivation. So in a few weeks, which aced them a few weeks, it's like, When will this go out, it's probably a week from now. So probably should have had my calendar in front of me when I have the ASABE. February 20 will be running the new training that I mentioned a couple of episodes before. And our if you miss this run, because I will be running it every couple of months now for the year. You get to have real time interactions with me have to go through whatever you're experiencing. So what in reflection over the years, I actually want to be more present for the people in my world. So if you've done any of my previous training, I've tend to keep them pretty short for time. But if people want to, if people want to change, I'm happy to give them my time and be able to actually have interactions with me. So if you're not sure where to start, then this training will set you on the path to a whole new soundtrack in your life. So if you know that you don't want to keep hearing that same conversation from people and you need to be stronger with your boundaries or you just need to get better at being able to let go of other people's stuff or maybe you finding new you're on that same repeat you're repeating the same messages and the same conversations over again and you want to change let me know send me a message and or jump onto my social pages and you'll see when the details to jump in the group. We'd love to have you in there. We'd love to meet all of you who are ready to to start healing more of your grief and start freeing up more of your future. Ciao. In the soundtrack
