Before we start by one request, if any new insights or awareness land with you during this episode, please send me an email at info at the and Hawkins coaching.com. And let me know what you found. I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.
Just dropping my son at his football practice, and a hallway here, thankfully, we were driving against against the traffic jam. But the traffic was like car park like I haven't seen like the halt nearly the whole way here, we'll just driving past a queue of cars that was barely moving. Like, in some places, it just wasn't moving. And all like every road in every direction seems to be falling into one place. And and just a cue, unfortunately, an incident near where everyone heads out of Sydney near our place with a pedestrian. So unfortunately, not a not a good thing. But my mind just wanders as it does, and says thinking about all sorts of different things and tragic for that person. Hopefully they're okay. And at the same time, it just made me think about well, like everyone in that queue will be having time to process and deal with the impatience and all those different things. And it got me thinking, How often in our life? Do we have that same impact when some small thing? Now I'm not saying that's a small thing, but I'm saying in the big scheme of how many cars travelling to and to and fro, that one accident creates just chaos everywhere. And again, I'll reiterate, I'm not saying it's a small thing, that there's a there's an accident where someone has been injured because it's terribly tragic. How often do we have that happen, and then the repercussions of how much it slows us down, how much it keeps us stuck, and how much all the other things in our life seem to back up and end up in this giant queue where we just don't seem to be able to get through our to do list. We don't seem to be able to get done all the things we want to done, get done and we get end up feeling overwhelmed. We get impatient, we lose focus, frustrated, because there was a lot of that on the road as well. There will queuing across the intersections, which was causing the other direction to become banked up as well, because they were in such a hurry. And instead of just breathing and relaxing through it. People were having this big reaction and how often does that happen in our life? How often was one small thing, impact everything else? Now, I want you to think for a minute, what if that one thing was completely out of your control? Like this accident was for all of those people? What if it was completely outside of your control, and there was nothing you could do about it and how that all unravelled. You'd still have to find ways to deal with it right? But what if that one thing was in your control, and there was something that you could do about it? Maybe you don't know what it is? Maybe you just know there's something there. But there is a way to take back your personal power, your self control and actually do something about it. That's what unresolved and unknown grief is like. It's like that accident that causes this chaos in your life. One accident so one vehicle and one person involved. When there's literally hundreds of 1000s of cars moving around the city, probably millions actually. If I think about Sydney and how bad the traffic is in Pico to one small part and everything just goes into chaos.
What if you could peel back that layer? What if you could release the handbrake from whatever's keeping you stuck by actually releasing whatever it is there that's unresolved and unknown. Next week, so if you're listening to this this week, the week that I've published it, next week, I'm running my free Start programme that will help you do exactly that to release whatever it is. Now, if you're listening to this later, don't worry, because I run this programme every month or so. And it'll give you another opportunity. And this is powerful work, there are people in my network, some of them are clients. And they've done this programme again, and again and again, and one of them in particular standard eight times, no kidding eight times, and they're in it again, they've already they've already added themselves to the programme. And I'll tell you how to do that in a minute. They've added themselves to the programme, because they know the benefit, they know that there's always another layer to peel back. And I know that there's always something else there, that's keeping them stuck. And the more that they do this work, the more their personal and professional traffic jam gets released, the more they're able to move forward, and go and live the life on their terms, the more they can get back their self control, they can let go of the external control. But take back their self control step into their personal power and start seeing success and start seeing fulfilment and start seeing a calm and peaceful, holistic body. Releasing physical pain, finding that mental stillness, emotional balance, emotional intelligence, and that spiritual connection, which is a deepening of connection with community and deepening a connection with self. And finally, find that place where you can just give yourself a rest and not be so hard on yourself all the time. Get your energy back, remove the overwhelm, reduce the stress massively to the point where it's barely even having an impact. It's just showing you different lessons and different things that might need attention. So if you're ready for that, if you go to my website, Ian Hawkins coaching.com. And if you go to the work with me slot, and it's the Start programme, actually, if you just go to the homepage, scroll down, and it says not sure where to start, click here, that'll take you to the same thing. It'll take you to the current group, whether you're watching this, as well as the week that I published this knowing it's next week, or it will take you to the next time that I'm running the programme. And I continue to update that. And you'll be able to jump in and get involved. Just to quickly take you through the process. It is a it is a self released process that you can repeat and then use again. Of course, a lot of people like to come back because they liked the value of the container and they like to be guided through it. There are different times where I enjoy a guided meditation from other people as well. Really low investment in time, 15 minutes of your day for five days, sitting in stillness, just listening and allowing different things to flow to very small amount of homework with just a self awareness around your day about the sort of things that are going on. Acknowledge there's something there. So you can release the traffic jam and start moving forward, effortlessly, flowing patiently. And then have the clarity to say what your next step is. Like I said powerful work. And literally people have said to me that this programme has changed their life. That's a reminder Ian Hawkins coaching, go to the homepage scroll down it's there. Not sure where to start, click here. It might even just be in organs coaching forward slash the Start programme. I should have checked that before it came on. I apologise. But if you get it anyway, socials, you'll find your way there because I'm posting about it quite regularly. Well, like I said, just go to the website. Enjoy the rest of your day. And I'll speak to you tomorrow.
