I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.
There are so many habits in your life that are empowering you. And there are also habits that are doing the opposite. Now more, you might have been told that you have to have the discipline to just stick to the habits and you need to just, you know, willpower and strength and all those things. And they do come into a first though we need to release the unconscious unconscious pattern, the unconscious loop that is keeping us in an old habit that's not serving anymore. And to do that, we need a circuit breaker. You think about how many of these loops we're running in our life at any given time where we have an intention or a goal that we want to get to, we start working towards it, then we have the setback, that seemingly out of our control, then we might dip a bit lower, and then that same need comes back again. And that's the shortened version. But we're running those sort of loops, like over and over again, many different times in our life. And the circuit breaker is first identifying the pattern acceptance that there's a pattern there, and then finding different ways to create a new subconscious belief. When you can do this, then you can have that discipline to change the habit, you still need to be able to then act on that take action, do what needs to be done. But you'll be able to do it in a different way without that same pattern repeating. And this is where habits are really able to be rebuilt. So this is the missing link, the releasing that subconscious block. And we can do that a few ways. The first is acknowledging the loops there, then it's changing the language around that particular pattern. What's the new story I want to tell? How can I actually look at this differently? How do I want this particular part of my life to be? And this is where journaling comes in. Having a in the journal having a clear list of those goals and intentions. And then keeping yourself accountable to it every day. I did well in this particular area. Acknowledging that. And then when you're not sure, asking questions in the journaling process, the subconscious mind will start looking for solutions. It will if you're having problem with the same loop go I'm feeling stuck on this. What's the answer to this question? How can I get out of this loop? Because then you give the subconscious mind the part of the brain that finds solutions, you give it clarity you give it certainty and it goes about finding a solution for you. Now it's important as you do this, a new awareness comes to you and you act on it and you're able to shift that loop and then start working towards changing habits that you pause as you go to celebrate
so often for these lower level elements of our life that don't seem that significant, but compounded upon each other. Absolutely significant, whether that's in a negative or a positive way. So by changing the smaller habits, you're going to have a compounding effect every time you change one for the better. So pausing to celebrate even the smallest little wins is so important because it gives you momentum. It gives you another part of your brain the opportunity to go oh I like how that felt. I want more of that in my life and it will find it will start looking at that for for that you'll start looking for that feeling for you, at an unconscious level, every single day. So acceptance of the loop find the circuit breaker, create a new loop, have the discipline to then stick to the pattern. Sticking to the new habit is where a new routine or process will be really beneficial and having that written down and pausing to celebrate as you as you go to create that new feeling in your life that you want to work towards. And again, using the subconscious, the unconscious part of your brain in a positive way to find more of what it is that you do want, instead of focusing on what it is you're doing. This is how you'll be able to build in more of these habits that empower you that lift you up that want you to build. The lady wanting to build more habits, more of these empowerment in your life. You start to feel stronger again, you start to feel more secure in yourself about who you are, and the progress that you may making. Really powerful tool.
