Did you know that Vincent van Goff visualized every one of his paintings in a dream before he painted them the line in one of my favorite books from Bob Proctor you are born rich was so there are no original van Gough's everything be saw He saw the dream first. So you had the visual. The spiritual if you will. At the begin action within self, the unconscious or godlike quality has been prompted calls. Sharing this wisdom with him. And then he painted that clearly had a gift for but the concepts and the images, the textures they came through in a dream first. And then there's Jack Nicklaus, the golfer still, to this day, one more majors than any other golfer. And for those of us old enough to remember when he won us masters as a, what was he 40? He was over 40 For sure. As a four year old. Yeah, amazing. And one of his most famous quotes, and as I'm driving, I haven't got it right in front of me at the moment. But words to the effect of I didn't play a single shot. Not in a round, not in even in practice. I didn't play single shot before I visualized it. absolutely crystal clear in my head before I played. Now if it's good enough for the most well you can argue the case whether he's the greatest but the most the winningest in major tournaments player of all time, it's good enough for him. Pretty sure it's going to work for you is really interesting article from Sports Illustrated or somebody Tiger Woods, he was talking about it I asked him about concept. at a younger age, he'd actually struggled with this concept of visualizing. There clearly he got very good at it. Because you can again, you can argue the greatest what is without doubt is that his mental strength and capacity to just find a way just by mental will when he when he wasn't necessarily striking the ball perfectly was incredible. Incredible. And the results that he got so those days where he just comes storming home and people feed him incredible visualization. So once things are clear in our head, then we're able to make them happen. And actually, if you think about it nothing happens in our external world until it's been thought in someone's mind. Everything comes from a thought process first. And our brain doesn't isn't able to distinguish between a memory and something that you've placed there. So, by creating this visualization, your unconscious mind will have a desire to make it truth to make it happen. first started learning about visualization without was towards the end of my football career. And I'm sure I mentioned this specifically, Episode not so long ago. And I wasn't really graded, hitting the ball in football, soccer, and learning this visualization technique and visualizing myself scoring from all different angles, including heading the ball and, and then suddenly, in games on, I'm just having moments where I'm moving into the right position, and I'm heading the ball into the corner into the goal, like I've never been able to before. Through this visualization process. This is the power of it. Take the time every day. I've talked about meditation, if you don't necessarily buy into meditation, start with visualization. Close your eyes. Imagine what it is that you want in your life. What do you want from life? Get really clear on that and visualize it. Another example that comes to mind is when I was visualizing the new house that I want to live in, and vision used to visualize it every night, again and again. And then, after being in my friend's house, a number of times we stayed the night there too. So, again, things that I imagined, I realized that that house was actually the house that I'd been visualizing. The only thing was, I wasn't visualizing owning it. i wasn't realizing having purchased it. And I wasn't visualizing it being my house that I lived in every single day. Amazing, right. And the the the accuracy to which this house was compared to visualization was actually mind blowing it just once. Once it sort of dawned on me, it really did get me thinking. There was just another reminder of just the power of creating a thought creating a picture in your mind and how you can manifest that how you can invite that into your world. So like I said, it's good enough and golfing good enough for the great Jack Nicklaus then, good enough for me, started realizing, maybe Hey, go, we'd love to hear your results.
