Physical Fitness doesn't cost much. But not having it will cost you a fortune in time, money and peace of mind. Mental health doesn't cost much. But not having a cost you sleep, energy and feeling connected with your family. Family connections don't cost much. But not having them will cost you good times, feeling supported and emotional pain. The ability to regulate emotions doesn't cost much, but not being able to cost you the ability to stay calm, patient and quieten the voice in your head. Being able to quiet the negative voice in your head doesn't cost much. But it does cost you your ability to reduce stress. release pressure and back yourself. backing yourself doesn't cost much. But not being able to cost you the confidence to create a new direction in your life to find clarity and bring structure into your life. Having structure in your life doesn't cost you much. But not having it will cost you your daily productivity, your focus and your ability to stick to your daily disciplines. Practicing daily disciplines doesn't cost much. But not having them will cost you consistent feelings of joy, fulfillment and your physical vitality. And we've come full circle. As you can see, everything affects everything. So if you're not growing in all areas of your life, there is a cost to your shirt, short term. And even more so do your medium and long term future. actually address this in last week's group coaching session in my security training. My clients loved it because it validated all the work they've been doing holistically on their health and showed them Importantly, the gaps where they can improve more. So ask yourself out of all of those lines that I've just spoken to you then which triggered the strongest reaction and how are your gaps in this particular area, negatively impacting your future physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially. Then consider what you need to invest in to change your future. Investing in yourself will be the best investment you'll ever make. Nothing else will ever come close. And if you're ready to invest in yourself, then keep an eye out for my regular free training. Where the only investment is your commitment and a small amount of your time each week, sorry, each week each day for five days.
