What a great show mixing in real estate investing and personal growth. I love the idea of the two in the same conversation.

Episode #21 is one of my favorites, as a 26 year old debating on buying the nice sports car this episode really put In perspective what is important in life.

My goal: is to be financially independent and have passive income to replace my expenses.

My fear: Is if I fail, I would have to get a J.O.B and lose my independence.

After this episode I realized what I really want is financial freedom and I should set aside anything else for now that would distract me.
