Letting People Go

Letting People Go

As uncomfy as it can feel for us to think about, sometimes it’s not only necessary, but it is appropriate to let certain relationships or friendships go.

Today on The Karen Kenney Show, we’re asking ourselves the question, “Where in my life are there personal or professional connections that are no longer working?”

I believe if we look close enough, there are probably some old friendships, relationships, and even some marriages or business connections that are no longer feeling aligned with who we are or what we hope to create in our lives.

In fact, in some instances those misalignments may even be holding us back from our goals and keeping us from fulfilling our dreams. For this reason, letting go and clearing out every so often can be healthy. As the old saying tells us, “Let go or be dragged.” Ha!

I know that sometimes the idea of letting go is scary. However, I can tell you from personal experience that the freedom and clarity that comes with it are worth every unsubscribe or ending.

Not only are you no longer tied down to something or someone that feels misaligned, but you’re free to welcome in the deeper, more soulful connections that will support, love and grow with you.

Are there areas in your life that need a good letting go, cleaning up or clearing out?
