I was talking with a client of mine and she mentioned how much she loves and appreciates my podcast. She said that she loves hearing my voice in her head! Ha!
It got me thinking about how each of us is always channeling internal voices in our minds.
The voice we hear “in our head” that I would equate to a personal podcast with many stations.
What influences how you feel, the direction you go in, how quickly you take action and how far you make it, is often just a matter of which station or show you are listening to…
Today on The Karen Kenney Show, we’re talking about the inner voice that lives inside each of us, aka” our own personal podcast.
Just like how some podcasts don’t always provide the most helpful content, the voice in our head doesn’t always share the best quality content either!
When that happens, it’s our job to recognize the static and chatter and to change the station to something that supports, encourages or inspires.
So, what inner “personal podcasts” are you downloading and listening to every day?
