Welcome to The Launch Button Podcast. My name is Hugh Zaretsky. Now I'm a former IT executive and my whole world changed on 911. I'm not gonna take you down that story, but that truly was my wake up call to help me realize that I wasn't happy. And even though I thought I was high in life, I wasn't happy truly inside. And I had to go find that. And that's what this podcast is about. It's about taking that journey that people take to find their passion. See, back in 2005. I just started investing in real estate, the precursor to short term rentals, Airbnb. And over that time, I grew my skills that understood and I was able to transition to a full time real estate investor, international speaker, Best Selling Author, even though I can't spell a new grammar. And I love advocating and empowering individuals to reach their goal. Because he has successfully trained over 12,500 real estate investors and entrepreneurs to complete profitable real estate transactions, launch businesses or take them to the next level. I've also been certified as a real estate continuing education instructor in California, Texas, Florida, New York for the largest states for real estate investing.

I said I'm not very good speller or can do grammar. But I've written three books, including with some people, you might know Jack Canfield, Les Brown, and Brian Tracy. Now my latest book, the Launch button became an Amazon bestseller in four different categories, including all of real estate, helping people transition from the corporate world, or wherever they happen to be in their life right now, all the way through to becoming successful entrepreneurs. And that's what this podcast is going to be about. I've recently gotten invited to speak at the humanity summit in Portugal on the global issue of sustainable tourism, including STRS, and how to work with local communities. Dedication, truly, my happiness comes from hearing the stories of my students that I mentor, coach, and help reach their goals and seeing those, those light bulbs go off in their brains. And I want that for you on the other side of this podcast.
