Are you a leader worth following? Are you modeling the behaviors you want to see from your people? As the CEO, YOU are the high-water mark. Your people will never sustainably surpass your commitment, your discipline or your execution. Your Team’s behaviors will reflect your behavior. The same can be said of your patients.
