Killing the Martyr

Killing the Martyr in relation to Conflict is all about recognizing and then unlearning the patterns that are multigenerational, usually through the Maternal line.

Conflict resolution is handled in so many different, and often unhealthy ways because we simply have not been modeled on what it looks and feels like to have and hold healthy boundaries.  It is hard to be a stand for your own energetic freedom when you fear how other people will respond… or worse, not respond at all.

• How to be a stand for yourself while also allowing others to be in their own process, without taking on their energy
