In 2021, the Waukesha, Wisconsin Christmas parade was tragically ruined by the dirtbag, Darrell Edward Brooks Jr., who gave no thought to anyone's life but his own. Sadly, six lives were lost that day and countless others were injured as this maniac steered his mother's SUV down the parade route, driven by his rage and past experiences. Not once did he touch the brakes during this disturbingly preventable case.
