AJ has a incredible story about inspiration and risk and not how to look at risk as insurance professionals do. He also shares his fears and how they drive him More importantly his view of how insurance can work is shaped around efficiency and C-sat, 'customer satisfaction' and that's a far more specific target than 'engagement' or 'experience'. Hover's 3D geo-spatial technology will influence insurance and probably in ways we can't yet predict and that's pretty exciting.
