Helping Ukraine's Orphans, Amplify Kindness, Building Your Sacred Space, and Betrayal Trauma

Ruslana Wrzesnewskyj, founder and driving force behind Help Us Help The Children (HUHTC) which as been helping orphans in Ukraine for 30 years now., Deeply passionate about saving Ukraine’s children and nurturing a new generation that will deliver a prosperous future for Ukraine. Ruslana has been working tirelessly the last two weeks to help all the orphanages she works with, and to find safe passage for the orphans they help. She joins me to share ways we can get involved.
