When you have to work a salary job or any job that you are paid for your time as opposed to your effort, you WILL get burnt out. We might think that the harder we work, the more hours we put in, the more money we will have to do what we love. However, the problem with this is that unless your day job exists in the creative space, then our time and energy are spent when you finally have a chance to do what you love. A full time job is 40 hours a week. Well if we want to do music for a living, we need to find the time to put in 40 hours a week into music.
