Up until recently, I did not own any Behringer branded gear. Which seems kind of crazy given how much musical equipment they make.
When @jhspedals published a video stating that the Behringer SF300 was the best selling guitar pedal ever sold by @sweetwater , I had just had to see what all the fuzz was about.
I had always heard that Behringer effects pedals were shoddy, unreliable, and came in cheap plastic cases. When a guitar pedal retails for between $15-$30, I just assume that's the case. It is difficult for most guitar pedal manufacturers to even get their parts cost that low.
So I decided to see just how fragile the Behringher Superfuzz really was by conducting this highly scientific experiment and publishing it for the world to see.
I kick the pedal, STOMP the pedal, throw the pedal. I even take a propane torch to the poor, plastic cased fuzzbox.
And you know what?
It held up WAY better than I expected.
