The last time you saw this guitar I was playing some raunchy rock’n’roll with it, using the pickups in High Impedance mode and playing into a dirty amplifier.
Les actually wanted this guitar to be played SUPER clean and direct into the console, so that’s what I’m doing here.
There are no amp or cabinet sims on the track. Just some mild tape saturation, some slapback and a little plate reverb as would have been available at the time.
It actually sounds brilliant to me and I plan on doing some more recording with the Les Paul Recording!
I think he might have been on to something!
