Throughout this interview we were drinking Nickel Brook Brewing Co.'s "Juicy Scoops Lactose Pale Ale. This beer was brewed with loads of fresh citrus from a selection of orange purée and zests. It was creamy, had some hints of vanilla, poured out nicely hazy & was unbelievably crushable.
