Understand all the intricate analytics that are given to you On your website, even if you use social media, just understand where people are coming from. What is their behavior? You are given so many tools. I want you to make sure you're using them. And then you need to segment your audiences.

What does segment mean? It means divide your customer base into smaller segments. Based on their preferences, purchasing habits, and even demographic information. By understanding the unique needs of each segment you have, you can tailor your marketing efforts more effectively.
