Leo Lungaro had an amazing and successful 20 year career in the NYPD as a Police Officer, Detective and Sergeant working in multiple high level units. In the 1990’s, New York City’s crime rate was at historic highs, and in the midst of that Sgt. Lungaro was assigned to the 30th Precinct in Harlem. While trying to gain community support for the police and developing a new concept to combat crime, Leo found himself surrounded by the worst corruption scandal in the history of the NYPD.
