Jeffrey Halstead is a retired Police Officer and former Chief of the Fort Worth Police Department. He shares from his experience the responsibilities of the top Police Administrator. Jeffrey talks about the hiring practices of cities and the political pressures applied to police chiefs by elected politicians in "City Hall". He shares the good, the bad and the ugly about being the Top Cop. After retiring from Police Work Jeffrey has become the President of Evertel Technologies.
