Dr. Robert E. "Bob" Douglas Jr, is our guest. Prior to his 25 year career in Law Enforcement he was a US Marine Corps veteran who served in Vietnam. He has a Masters degree in Criminal Justice, continued his education to get his Doctorate, became a Pastor and dedicates his life to preventing Law Enforcement and First Responder suicides.
