After Retiring from the US Military, Including Combat He Became a Police Officer. The Toll on Him and His Marriage. Multiple combat tours, an IED explosion, the stress of a military career, combined with the trauma of his police career almost ended their marriage. His mission to help save other sheepdog marriages.

He served for more than 20 years and retired from the US Navy. Much of his military career was in E.O.D. (Explosive Ordnance Disposal), which meant multiple combat deployments. During one of those deployments, he and his unit were the targets of an I.E.D. explosion and came under attack. After retiring from the Military he became a police officer in South Florida. 

Chris “Rudy” Ruediger is our guest. He discusses the IED attack and the T.B.I like symptoms that he is experiencing. Chris also discusses his experience in both the Military and as a US Police Officer. The stress on his marriage and home life almost ended his long term marriage. Chris talks about the changes that his "sheepdog" calling had on their relationship and how their mission is to help save sheepdog marriages with their "Sheepdog Marriage Podcast".
