Today on Move the Ball™, Coach Lori “Lo” Locust shares how she took risks and opportunities to live her passion. Listen in as Jennifer and Lori discuss how football can teach you to be successful in business, communicating technicalities into things players understand, and why you should be asking yourself “Why not” instead of “What if?”
Coach Lori "Lo" Locust is currently in her second season as the Assistant Defensive Line Coach for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Last season, the Bucs ended up having the top-rated run defense in the NFL, allowing only 73.8 rushing yards per game and an average of 3.26 yards per rush. Prior to coaching with the Bucs, Coach Lo worked as the assistant defensive line coach for the Birmingham Iron of the Alliance of American Football (AAF) during their inaugural season and she was a defensive line coaching intern for the Baltimore Ravens in 2018. Coach Lo has held several other coaching jobs and prior to coaching she played women's semi-professional football for four years. Coach Lo is also a mom to two sons, Alex and Bryce.
