Alex is a former defensive back who played college football at the University of Oregon and was inducted into the Oregon Hall of Fame in 2008. Alex was drafted 11th overall in the first round of the 1996 NFL Draft by the New Orleans Saints. Alex played eight seasons in the NFL for the New Orleans Stains, the San Diego Chargers, and the Detroit Lions. Currently, Alex is a speaker, trainer, and coach that helps companies improve leadership and culture in the workplace.
