Tavante Beckett is a college linebacker who committed to play at Virginia Tech before eventually transferring to Marshall University where he has won numerous accolades, including the 2020 C-USA Defensive Player of the Year Award. Tavante also was honored after the 2019 season as Marshall’s Defensive MVP, an award he shared with fellow linebacker Omari Cobb.
