What is hope? Are you hoping for something more in your life?
Are you hoping for change? Are you hoping that your partner will change and everything will get better? Or are you hoping that your job will get better?
Hope is a tool that is truly the one thing that guides us out of the valley of despair. On the flipside, hope can be addictive as well. When we intuitively know when something is bad for us and we keep hoping it will change-hope is a way we tell ourselves this bad situation is ok.
