Please tune into this week's episode as we discuss Applied Behavioral Analysis with two amazing ladies: Britney Smith and Ashton Benedikt. Brittney and Ashton are very intelligent and passionate workers, striving to improve the quality for life for those on the autism spectrum. In addition, both Britney and Ashton have their own unique experiences of being neurodiverse: Britney reported having ADHD and Ashton stated that she is on the Autism Spectrum. Their experiences with neurodiversity only enable them to be that much more compassionate, empathic, and caring. Britney and Ashton discuss ways they are using ABA to make a difference in clients they come across so that their clients can thrive. This is an admirable quality to have, not only in the helping profession, but in professions everywhere.
