Set Collaborate podcast on a journey towards achieving your goals with host Wanda Pearson.

00:00:52.860 --> 00:00:53.262
Welcome.

00:00:53.262 --> 00:00:59.396
Welcome to the Ready Set Collaborate anniversary year of my podcast.

00:00:59.396 --> 00:01:03.585
I am so excited to have actually been doing this for a year.

00:01:03.585 --> 00:01:15.093
November 2023 was when I started doing my Ready Set Collaborate podcast and I was told by one of my friends at Aline Dryden that says Wanda, you need to start doing podcasts.

00:01:15.093 --> 00:01:19.269
I says, well, I don't know how to do podcasts, since I like to talk.

00:01:19.269 --> 00:01:35.316
As you all know, I started my Ready Set Collaborate last November 18th to celebrate my birthday, which will be November 15th, and getting other entrepreneurs and my guests to talk about different things in their lives, as to what's going on and actually to educate and empower each other.

00:01:35.316 --> 00:01:45.165
So I have various series and I am so proud to say that I have over 848 downloads since it's published and more so.

00:01:45.165 --> 00:01:45.745
Episodes published.

00:01:45.745 --> 00:01:46.585
Was's published and more so.

00:01:46.585 --> 00:01:48.667
Episodes published was 51 and more is coming.

00:01:49.147 --> 00:01:54.670
I wanted to reflect on the inspiration of behind me starting the Ready Set Collaborate podcast.

00:01:54.670 --> 00:01:56.590
It's been a journey.

00:01:56.590 --> 00:02:01.313
It's been great because I'm learning from my guests of the different things that we talked about.

00:02:01.313 --> 00:02:14.901
What I've learned is some of the expertise that actually shared their journey and how they got to where they are and how they share their tips, with other, with my audience.

00:02:14.901 --> 00:02:15.582
It's been a it's been a blessing.

00:02:15.582 --> 00:02:17.706
It really has been a blessing and a memorable blessing as well.

00:02:17.766 --> 00:02:25.088
So some of my highlights that I actually want to talk about it's actually my the Art of Book Collaboration.

00:02:25.088 --> 00:02:27.307
All of my podcasts used to begin with the art.

00:02:27.307 --> 00:02:31.527
So the Art of Book Collaboration and the Art of Networking and Collaboration.

00:02:31.527 --> 00:02:47.781
So those two were some of my favorite series that I started and there's various episodes in these series, but the Art of Collaboration was how I started, since I left corporate to collaborate with other entrepreneurs, and how we can be successful.

00:02:47.781 --> 00:02:54.181
I always say the key to collaboration is success or the collaboration is the key to success.

00:02:54.181 --> 00:02:55.484
I should say so.

00:02:55.484 --> 00:03:04.052
That has been one of my favorite but also the biggest one is actually the book collaboration which I started with one of the young ladies, sina Cole.

00:03:04.052 --> 00:03:09.983
You're going to hear from her on one of my episodes coming up when she said God told me to call you and I don't disobey God.

00:03:09.983 --> 00:03:10.806
Okay, what'd he say?

00:03:10.806 --> 00:03:14.822
I was able to do that collaboration with her with the audacity to shine.

00:03:14.822 --> 00:03:16.064
I love the title of that.

00:03:16.064 --> 00:03:28.733
So we accomplished that with nine other young ladies and also my other book collaboration with RV Robinson, the Impact of One Voice, which is actually number one on the bestseller on Amazon and also Barnes Noble.

00:03:28.733 --> 00:03:30.235
So I was proud to do that.

00:03:30.276 --> 00:03:34.650
They gave me my expertise on learning how to write a book or how to be in part of a book.

00:03:34.650 --> 00:03:38.403
But then I said you know what I need to have my own story.

00:03:38.403 --> 00:03:43.569
So I created my own book, self-published God Scrapes Through the Fire from Struggle to Triumph.

00:03:43.569 --> 00:03:52.907
I put my whole story into what I went through as a child, as far as the abuse and the mental anguish and the mental forgiveness.

00:03:52.907 --> 00:03:56.569
All of that is in my book, the God's Grace Through the Fire from Struggle to Triumph.

00:03:56.569 --> 00:03:58.647
If you'd like a copy, please let me know.

00:03:58.647 --> 00:04:02.429
I definitely would love to send you a copy, because after each chapter I put a journal.

00:04:03.251 --> 00:04:10.024
So we all go through different things in our lives, but what we need to do is reflect on them and to forgive.

00:04:10.024 --> 00:04:22.185
Forgiveness was the hardest part of my life and I still ask God to help me to forgive things that happen, even as me growing up, as far as things that happened to me as I got older, as I go through different situations in my life.

00:04:22.185 --> 00:04:26.581
You always have to ask for forgiveness, because that's where your blessings come from, god.

00:04:26.581 --> 00:04:28.975
You can't forgive others and forgive yourself.

00:04:28.975 --> 00:04:35.338
So those are some of the highlights, but the biggest one that I actually highlight is actually my the art of relationships.

00:04:35.418 --> 00:04:45.732
I had four young ladies which was great, that talked about relationships and it was such a blessing to have them on and I had expertise that actually came on and talked about that.

00:04:45.732 --> 00:04:56.524
It was actually let's see the art of relationships where Rachel Davis, when she talks about embracing self-love, understanding the opposite sex and mastering relationships, that mimics.

00:04:56.524 --> 00:04:57.946
That was a great one.

00:04:57.946 --> 00:05:06.860
Also with God's Out, god's Acute I'm sorry I may be messing up your name, fari, but hers is about childhood trials into relationship wisdom.

00:05:06.860 --> 00:05:08.375
That was a great one too.

00:05:08.375 --> 00:05:17.759
And then I had another one about boundaries, with navigating art, relationships, mastering connection, boundary setting and conflict management, with Pamela Bird.

00:05:17.759 --> 00:05:19.762
That was another great one.

00:05:19.762 --> 00:05:25.742
And my last one is about self-care how nurturing bonds to reflex on in yoga, by Evie Fleming.

00:05:25.742 --> 00:05:30.377
You all have to go back and listen to these episodes, all of my episodes, because you really learn.

00:05:30.377 --> 00:05:34.913
It's a wealth of knowledge that we are learning from all of these ladies here.

00:05:34.913 --> 00:05:42.718
So those are some of my series, but also my favorite was collaboration of connections, collaboration and connections.

00:05:42.718 --> 00:05:50.862
Collaborating and connections is what really builds our relationship to build a business, to help our business grow together and also to help each other.

00:05:50.862 --> 00:05:56.338
That was one of my great ones Marketing and marketing, branding and content marketing and branding.

00:05:56.480 --> 00:06:04.012
I had my own marketing manager, diane Freeman, that talks about marketing and how she helps me with my social media.

00:06:04.012 --> 00:06:15.052
That actually was such a pleasure to actually handle those reins to her so she can actually take some pressure off of me from doing so much with podcasts and networking and they call me the networking queen.

00:06:15.052 --> 00:06:23.641
So having access to someone that I met through my business Legal Shield, she was a client of mine and she saw what I was doing and she wanted to help.

00:06:23.641 --> 00:06:25.875
I truly appreciate you, diane, for everything that you do.

00:06:25.875 --> 00:06:28.380
That actually helps me get these podcasts out as well.

00:06:28.862 --> 00:06:30.466
Podcasters, which is what I'm doing.

00:06:30.466 --> 00:06:35.257
I have professional podcasters, series on the different podcasters.

00:06:35.257 --> 00:06:37.423
Everybody has a different way of doing their podcast.

00:06:37.423 --> 00:06:40.903
I had them on, so please make sure you go back and listen to these series.

00:06:40.903 --> 00:06:46.458
And special editions was actually one with senior care with Esther and Anne.

00:06:46.458 --> 00:06:48.382
Make sure you listen to that as well.

00:06:48.382 --> 00:06:55.312
That was a great one here, but the great one that I actually just did is a special edition was a Black Wall Street with Victor Lucanson.

00:06:55.312 --> 00:06:56.997
Make sure you listen to that one.

00:06:56.997 --> 00:07:02.512
And last one for October was Breast Cancer Awareness with Tammy Lewis.

00:07:02.512 --> 00:07:13.805
She gives so insightful insight about awareness of cancer, her going through her journey and how people can actually make it more helpful to get some of the tips from her.

00:07:13.805 --> 00:07:38.327
Those different series of just a few of what I'm doing here and I'm actually doing this one here is my special edition for celebrating my one year of cancer Ready Set Collaborate with Wanda Pearson the top collaborations, like I said, was all of those and, like I said, I began it with the art, but what I'm doing now is actually getting more into the experts on the different series that I have.

00:07:38.375 --> 00:07:41.165
The next one I'm going to be doing is health and wellness and more.

00:07:41.165 --> 00:07:45.666
I do have special guests on and I truly appreciate you all listening to this.

00:07:45.666 --> 00:07:51.584
But mainly, do me a favor Please go into Ready Set Collaborate with Wanda Pearson.

00:08:13.689 --> 00:08:15.759
Hopefully, you get some information, but share it.

00:08:15.759 --> 00:08:16.624
Share with other people.

00:08:16.624 --> 00:08:19.435
Say, oh, my friend or my family member would probably like that.

00:08:19.435 --> 00:08:22.084

00:08:26.898 --> 00:08:30.507
I'm looking for sponsors to help me with the podcast so that they can be sponsored.

Their information can be on our website as well to share with them with other people.

00:08:35.307 --> 00:08:44.947
Like I said, my upcoming topics is health and wellness, oh God, social media, like YouTube, facebook, instagram, all of those.

00:08:44.947 --> 00:08:53.029
That's just a few of them that I'm going to be talking to my audience about and having some of the experts explain a lot about that and how to use it more effectively.

00:08:53.029 --> 00:09:07.207
Those are some of the ideas that I have right now and I would love for you to continue to listen to my Ready Set, collaborate, and I am so proud, so happy to have my future.

00:09:07.254 --> 00:09:10.861

League of Girlfriends.

00:09:12.225 --> 00:09:21.202
Let's see, I actually did one with Experience Connections with Bonnie Ross-Parker she's going to be on this series on celebrating my anniversary.

00:09:21.202 --> 00:09:38.942
And also with C Nicole, who actually helped me to say God told me to call you to be on my collaboration book, so she's also written another book, the to say God told me to call you to be on my collaboration book, so she's also written another book, the audacity to love.

00:09:38.942 --> 00:09:39.625
Our book was audacity to shine.

00:09:39.625 --> 00:09:40.246
Definitely listen to those.

That's going to be on my November issues celebrating my first anniversary.

00:09:41.812 --> 00:09:47.264
I didn't think I would get this far, but my God, I said this is what God is destined for me to do and this is what I'm doing.
