Speaker 2:

Thank you Carrie. Brett, so glad to be back on Shot at Love.

Speaker 1:

So happy to have you. We definitely need the astrologer in the house. People are feeling kind of lonely. February and January you predicted would be kind of slow going months that were a bit uninspiring and that has been proven to be true. But that's in the past and March you're saying is all systems go and this is what we've been waiting for,

Speaker 2:

Right? We are in dating March Madness because all planets are traveling direct until April 21st. There's no retrograde planets, so there's no excuse to wait. And March is a huge month astrologically because there's some changing of the guard with the planets. March 7th, Saturn leaves Aquarius and goes into the sign Pisces, which signifies a whole new three year cycle. And Pisces is the higher vibration of love. So spiritual love, finding that soulmate, that partner you're destined to be with Saturn and Pisces for the next three years is gonna help you out with that. So that's a big paradigm shift. There's so much going on in our culture that's gonna change in the next three years. And then on the 23rd of March, 2023, we have a huge paradigm shift as the outer planet. Pluto goes into the sign Aquarius, it leaves Capricorn and that's all about connection and connectivity and new paradigms. Pluto will step its foot in through June from March to June, go back into Capricorn, wrap up old business, and then for almost 20 years we'll be in Aquarius. Exciting times to be on the planet.

Speaker 1:

That's amazing. So for the first time Saturn transits into Pisces and how long has that been?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it hasn't been there for 28 to 30 years. So the last time it was there was part in 1993 through 1996. So people who are that age by the way too, they're having their Saturn return. So that group is between 28 and 30 years old. And so that's a whole new beginning for them to end relationships begin anew. The other group that is having their second Saturn return are those who are turning 58 to 60 years old. So people born from 1964 to 1967, great time for both of these groups to reevaluate your relationship life. Maybe end one or start something new. Because Saturn in astrology is all about structure. So we're all gonna be restructuring our life. However, the sign Pisces is more of a formless or spiritual sign. So this is why it's interesting cuz we're trying to bring form to the formless. So I'd like to let people know it's a manifestation time. You can manifest your reality, bring it down from the higher dimensions and earth it, ground it, bring it down to earth. All those things you've been waiting for. Less obstacles, bring it to earth, especially around the heart and the love life.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so when does Pluto enter Aquarius?

Speaker 2:

March 23rd. Pluto goes into Aquarius until June 11th. So literally a dip the foot into the sign of the water bearer and feel the new energy. Then it's gonna go back into Capricorn unfinished business. Retrograde back will then start this almost 20 year cycle in Aquarius, starting in January, 2024. So our society, our culture, everything is gonna change. And the keynote of Aquarius is the connection. We are all one group consciousness, the time of the individual, uh, greed oriented reality. It's going to be we're all in this together. We're on the planet together. And so for dating, it's gonna make for people having connections where it's like, yep, this person is just like me or nope, this one's not on my wavelength. There's gonna be a a really fast determination if somebody is your tribe and your vibe.

Speaker 1:

So people who are attached strongly to ego or possessions are gonna have a hard time.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's true. In fact, traditionally actually there's a lot about having Pluto transit. Aquarius. The time of the old boys club is going away. Byebye Putin, bye bye Biden. Bye bye. Chi Byebye, no world for old men. Traditionally, historically, when this changes happen, which only ch happens every 240 years, women come into power. The last time we had Pluto in Aquarius was 1777 through 1798. Those 21 years, and I mean America was born, the constitution was written, Australia was founded as a nation. There was equality. Women were coming into situations where they could have more power, especially in the United States. But if we go back 240 years before, we're getting into 1533 for 20 years, that's when Queen Elizabeth I, I took over as Queen in England from the old boys club her when her father Henry vii died. So there's a woman, there's an actual historical astrologer who's gone and traced back all the 240 years when Pluto goes into Aquarius and how there's usually a regime shift and women get their power back.

Speaker 1:

Hmm, that's so interesting. So this big paradigm shift, you can get your power back, women can get their power back. What does this mean for someone looking for love? Do we throw away the old ways that we do things or approach dating in a new way? Do we ignore fear and believe, dig deep and believe in ourselves?

Speaker 2:

Well, the thing that's interesting about Saturn going into Pisces, that's the last sign of the zodiac and then Pluto in Aquarius, that's the second to last sign. So it's like we are ending some old ways of being in the world and that the thing about Saturn and Pisces is very much about being guided by your intuition and what feels right, not by your head, but by your heart. So I think that shifting up the way people are doing things is a good idea, good approach. Try something totally new and different and throw everything. There's this been the process in the last few months anyway, February, 2023, January, even the last part of 2022, everything. And we could even say for the last three years we've been ending some old ways of being in the world and we're seeing that certain things don't work anymore. So have the courage to try things in a different way. And I'll tell you, the women try things different. The men will follow suit.

Speaker 1:

I agree with that.

Speaker 2:

Shiva always follows Shakti Shakti's the divine feminine and Shiva's the divine masculine.

Speaker 1:

I love that There was a full moon in the beginning of March. Why was that a big day that that was the first time?

Speaker 2:

Well that was the first time that Saturn went into Pisces for 28 years. But we also have this full moon in the sky in the beginning of March. But the bigger news was that Venus and Jupiter have been together in Aries. This is a sign in new beginnings again, we gotta try things different. So we have the outer planets in the last signs, but then the two benefi or the two good planets in astrology were basically harmonized together in the sky for about a week or so here in early March, coming into this conjunction at the time of the full moon. So I think that's an celestial sign of new beginnings. And Venus with Jupiter, she's very happy now to expand her horizons and she's more positive. Jupiter is the jovial positive energy masculine, and Venus is the love goddess. So she's getting a new groove on being very, very happy and optimistic about the future of love.

Speaker 1:

I like that. I think that's really good. Well, all planets are traveling direct. Why is that a good thing for someone who is looking for love?

Speaker 2:

Because when planets go retrograde, especially Mercury retrograde, it's gonna mess up the communications people aren't gonna be as available. Other things will pop up that will interfere with people trying to connect. And so we have all planets going direct since it was really since late January. So we had a three month window, but there was so much other, uh, complications with Saturn finishing Aquarius and Pluto, Capricorn that the whole new beginning thing couldn't quite launch in February. And so they go direct until April 21st when Mercury goes retrograde. The month of March is really a green light, as is most of April to, to really get out there, socialize, try things new and just throw your hat into the ring and no holds barred, just go for it. It's like, go for it because then you'll have time to integrate when Mercury goes retrograde, which is gonna be from the 21st of April through May 14th. And actually weirdly enough during the Mercury retrograde cycle this spring, we also have an eclipse on April 20th, which is a solar eclipse in the late degrees of Aries. And then we have a full moon lunar eclipse with the sun and Taurus and Moon and Scorpio. On May 5th, there may be a natural slowdown. So get the momentum moving in March and then integrate when we're in the retrograde cycle of mercury and the eclipse cycle because that's when people can really make some decisions or feel out the energy.

Speaker 1:

What you told me about Pluto entering Aquarius, you've told me this year that I need to network more, that I need to put myself out there more and I have, and I've listened to you. So I hope people who are are listening who are really down and discouraged if they listen to this episode, these dates and and the different things that are happening really brings in some hope for someone who's listening who, who hasn't had much luck because things have really changed. For me. I did more traveling. I put myself in different situations that I normally wouldn't do and wonderful opportunities presented. And that was because you told me I have to based on what's happening in my chart.

Speaker 2:

Yes, your psychological self-help coach is like, try it, do it. Just do it. There'll be an opportunity. And the old resistance of Carrie was like, no, no, I don't wanna leave my comfort zone. But as you leave your comfort zone, new opportunities come. And so everybody needs to heed that advice. As you leave your comfort zone, new opportunities come. The comfort zone was very natural after coming outta Covid and the last couple years people need to needed to like almost, they were suffering from collective PTs D and people needed to regroup and reset. But we are blooming this spring and we get to start a new and have some fresh life experiences. But the other interesting thing about Pluto shifting from Aquarius, we've only known dating apps while Pluto has been in Capricorn, which has been since 2008. There's been no dating apps before 2008, right? So the birth of dating apps have come with the Pluto in Capricorn. That's sort of still an old order or an old paradigm. So as Pluto goes into Aquarius, the sign of connectivity, I think we're gonna see a rebirth, a emergence and a different way of doing dating and dating apps and dating technologies.

Speaker 1:

I agree. I think there is time for a change and I think people want the change and I think it's gonna happen. I think things are moving at such a fast pace. It will be interesting to see what happens this upcoming year with dating apps. And

Speaker 2:

The other thing about Aquarius, the symbolism of Aquarius is lightning. So things tend to move at lightning speed. If you meet people who have planets and Aquarius, they're kind of quick on the uptake. So I feel like we're gonna see things like, we'll know right away this works. This doesn't work both in personal life, but like any kind of new apps or any kind of new technologies that get trotted out, it's like this is a go, this is already outdated. So we're gonna see things either really take off or they won't. They'll crash and burn sort of like a rocket. You know, Aquarius is sort of the metaphor of the rocket taking up into outer space. Things are gonna either really do well and take, especially around like when you connect with people or you're trying new socialization opportunities or you're trying a new app and, and some of the ones that have gotten stagnant have to recreate themselves.

Speaker 1:

So you had mentioned that, that people are gonna feel more confident and more at ease than we've felt for a long time at the end of this month and at the end of the month is the spring equinox. Can you touch upon why this signifies new beginnings?

Speaker 2:

Well, yes, as we talked about, we had Jupiter and Venus holding hands in the sign Aries in early March and actually late February, early March, kind of showing the way for the Aries Equinox, which starts on April 20th. The day before though, on March 19th, mercury goes into Aries, the sun goes into Aries on the 20th, then we're going to have the new Moon and Aries on March 21st, and then later that week Pluto goes into Aquarius. So that's fire and air. Fire Aries is the beginning of the astrological new year. We're starting the astrological new year on March 20th. So it is time to start something new and there's fire. The other thing that I want people to know about that time period at the last two weeks of March is that whatever we initiate at the spring equinox, or at the astrological new year, which comes around the 20th, 21st, 22nd of March this year, it's early. It's on the 20th. It has staying power. So because Aries is the first sign, it's fire. So if you really wanna get yourself out there and commit to a new dating life, get yourself set up for that week. Okay? And the end of March. That's

Speaker 1:

Good. I like that. So take advantage of this spring Equinox time because it has staying power,

Speaker 2:

Right? That's huge. Yeah. Few people know that piece about astrology. Whatever we initiate at the vernal equinox or at the ingress of the sun into Aries says staying powered. The only caveat would be if there is a retrograde happening at that time or an eclipse, but there's not.

Speaker 1:

Also on March 21st there's a new moon in Aries. So we all get a reset,

Speaker 2:

Yes, that that new moon in Aries is like a breath of fresh air. And think of the element that Aries is connected to, it's fire. Start lighting some fires,

Speaker 3:

Right? Or

Speaker 1:

Use a fire emoji when you're talking to a new guy on a dating app. There you go

Speaker 2:

In Belay the Fire. I

Speaker 1:

Love that.

Speaker 3:

Speaker 1:

Things are still a little bit in flux, so it's good to have no attachment to outcomes when dating, but I would say you're better off trying going out on that date than doing nothing,

Speaker 2:

Right? I mean, the weather is getting nicer here in the northern hemisphere. We've got that extra hour of daylight get going because again, you're seeding things. That's what spring is all about. It's seeding these new intentions and new activities and new patterns for the next six months or so, right? So really take advantage of this time before you get into a pattern that might not be the best for you.

Speaker 1:

I'll tell you, I really have been pushing myself out in my comfort zone begrudgingly, and it has paid off. So your advice is become a mover and shaker take an innovative approach to life. We all need to shake it up. We all need to operate differently. It's a new paradigm,

Speaker 2:

Right? And so we get to test things out here between March and June with the transit of Pluto into Aquarius. And again, you don't have to commit. It's like, okay, give, give me a little taste of what the new energy's gonna be for 20 years, starting in 2024. And then you can rework things in those months when Pluto goes back into Capricorn. Pluto is a psychological planet. Yeah, it's an outer planet, so it's gonna affect the collective, but it also is a planet of death of releasing. So it's a good time to release all that no longer serves, and it can be a time of death, like stuff literally goes away, which tends to freak people out. But that's actually a good sign. That means psychologically you're letting go of something that no longer serves. Thus there's transformation that follows as you start to become this new person or our society starts to become rebirth. And then that's it. The rebirth, the phoenix rising from the ashes. So choose to be the phoenix rising from the ashes.

Speaker 1:

I like that. And we should take advantage of this eclipse free time, which normally doesn't happen.

Speaker 2:

Well the eclipse tends to throw little whammies into the collective because that first eclipse on April 20th is in Aries. There could be some talk of aggression by some countries. There could be something a little bit of a shake up worldwide. And then May 5th, it's more of a a tourist Scorpio. So it's about the economic. So sometimes, you know, these collective overlays are a little bit, you know, a shake up. But don't let that derail your personal plans in your personal life.

Speaker 1:

This new energy is coming in and ready to take hold. Now is a good time to organize our life and take care of our health and get that new outfit right? Get your introduction in a row for springtime dating. If you don't take advantage of it now, before you know it, we'll be in the summer, right?

Speaker 2:

Let's talk about spring dating and dieting. They go hand in hand. It's so much easier to lose weight in the spring because in Chinese medicine it's the time of the liver. So the liver allows you to detox. So it's a really good time to start New regimes, drink your green drinks and the weather's getting warmer. And the winter it's really, in Chinese medicine, it's harder to start dyes because it's kidney time. So we're kind of on survival, just trying to keep warm. So it's harder a lot of times in the winter to lose weight. That's why this start a new year. Diet tends to go south for a lot of people by February, because if you're in the Northern Hemisphere, it's a different story if you're our friends down in Australia and New Zealand, but spring is the natural time. So that would be the fall for Australian, New Zealand and down under. But spring here in the Northern Hemisphere, it's much easier to lose weight because your liver wants to help with the detox. But you know, do do it under medical supervision or if you have done this before, do what works for you. Everybody's different. And you know, depending on different things like blood type and allergies and other health conditions, it's really good to find the thing that works for your metabolism.

Speaker 1:

And it's statistically proven that during the spring people wanna get us outside, they wanna be more active outside there in better moods. The sunshine, they're lifted from the vitamin D,

Speaker 2:

Right? The vitamin D baby.

Speaker 1:

I think people are more apt to go out and have those drinks with guys or do things that they wouldn't do in the dead of winter. Yeah,

Speaker 2:

The the the extra sunlight goes a long way totally to giving you those extra hours in the day to get out there and socialize.

Speaker 1:

So use this time to be active. Maybe join a club that you could do something like pickleball and you'd meet somebody there,

Speaker 2:

Right? Like where we live, rowing, sailing, walking the beach, hiking, doing anything outdoors. And chances are there's a lot, if you're in a big city, there tends to be groups that are actually for people to meet each other. Hiking groups, rowing groups, sailing groups, those, a lot of those are actually set up for people to meet.

Speaker 1:

So let's talk about the good dates and the bad dates to stay away from when dating this spring. I know the eclipse is on April 20th.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I mean we kind of covered the good dates for March. March probably. It's like get your ducks in order and get ready to launch on the Equinox on the 20th. And those two last weeks in March should be really exciting. And we've got Pluto going in on the 23rd and then even early April. So much fun. Like there's a lot of lightness, there's a lot of levity. We've got a full moon in Libra, the sign of relationship on the 6th of April. I think that could be a really fun time to get out there. It is the day before good Friday. But I think Easter looks like it's got some really good astrology this year and even the week after. We're still in that s rush of uplifting energy right up until around the 20th, the 21st of April, mercury goes retrograde. Those could be a little bit of throwing a wrench in your way, but then by the following weekend, the 27th, 28th, 29th, even though it's Mercury retrograde, there's a Leo moon. So that could be fun. We are in tourists. People might worry about their resources more. We have that lunar eclipse on the 5th of May and that may be, you know, not as much of a jumpstart. We've got the sun in Taurus by then. Things go a little slower with Taurus. But we're really getting ready for when Mercury goes direct. On the 14th, there's a new moon in Taurus that looks really good on Friday the 19th. And then interestingly Mars the next day, the 19th of so, 19th of May looks good, 20th of May looks really good as does the 21st. So that whole weekend, the 19 20, 20 1st of May looks so good because it's post eclipse two weeks out from the eclipses, we've got a new moon, we've got Mars and Leo, the sign of like, here I am, check me out. Very good for being out there, being colorful, putting yourself forth The next day we've got the sun entering the sign, Gemini, all about connection and communication. So I'd say that second half of May looks really good from about the 19th through the end of May. Then you have Memorial Day weekend. That looks like a lot of fun. And then there's a couple nice things with Leo Planet. So we've got Mars and Leo from May 20th to July 10th. Again, that's gonna be like put yourself out there, be seen. And then Venus, the other relationship planet joins Mars in Leo starting on June 5th for an incredibly long cycle until October 9th. So Venus and Leo is really a positive about relationship. The only caveat with that is watch out for the narcissists.

Speaker 1:

<laugh>. So May 14th, pretty much the second half of May. Looks really good. Mm-hmm.

Speaker 2:

<affirmative>, when I've looked at months of the year that look like, oh, it's so much fun is June. June because of all the Leo planets. We're a month out from the eclipses. It's gonna feel really, really a fun time. Yeah, there's still some structures like kids in school in place, but I really see June as one of the the five star months.

Speaker 1:

That's good. So you think the summer's gonna be good?

Speaker 2:

Yeah. And then that, so June here leads into July and August for your listeners who are looking to have a new love or a new mate to do some summer fun with, I think that they could get set up with that during May and June, late May and June. And then you go away to Cape Cod here or you go to Maine or whatever you do for your summer fun in July and August.

Speaker 1:

Well, I think this March madness is pretty interesting to me. March is kind of an iffy month. It can be weather-wise, right? But this march seems really good. So I'm hopeful about that. I think that's good.

Speaker 2:

March is like the kickstart. The jumpstart. It's like, hey, you've had three years of up and down and collective conundrums and malaise and when are we going to go back? I mean, we're never gonna go back, but we're gonna embrace the new and people are gonna have a new attitude to embrace what life brings forth.

Speaker 1:

I think it's all about the new paradigm, the new energies, the new attitude.

Speaker 2:

Yes. Like that old song. Get a new attitude.<laugh>.

Speaker 1:

Well, I love, I love all this. I think it's an exciting time. I think these dates sound very hopeful,

Speaker 2:

Right? And let's say people wanna look at, oh, well when should I go on a vacation either with my husband, my mate, or to go find somebody again. I think June is pretty stellar. I think end of May. If you can get away before April 20th here in late March, early April, that's also a good time to get away from the mundane. Or sometimes when we go away, when we come back, it's easier to start things new because we've broken out of the rut. So I highly suggest that this spring

Speaker 1:

Because it changes your perspective and you get to take a step back from your life and realize, oh my gosh, I was really burned out or working too hard or pretty negative. I mean, I think it's all about shaking up the energy.

Speaker 2:

I always go to uh, Sedona, Arizona in March because March is that turning point of the year here in Northern Hemisphere. And then when I come back, I'm in a whole new energetic and I highly suggest that people do that in March or early April this year, right? Especially with these new paradigm ships of Saturn transiting into Pisces in early March and Pluto going into Aquarius on the 23rd of March. Get that new energetic in and align with these new planetary transits,

Speaker 1:

Right? And bride that energy right through the whole year. Right? That's great. All right, Jill, I loved all this.
