In 1962, Willie Maxwell became an ordained minister. Because of his charm and knowledge of the Bible, Reverend Maxwell quickly became a well-known and respected figure of Baptist revivals across the state of Alabama. But in Coosa County, where Maxwell resided, locals lived in constant fear of The Reverend because they knew the truth - he was a serial killer who couldn’t be stopped.
