It’s Not About How Much You Sleep, It’s About What You Do When You’re Awake

Today's episode is a classic segment from GaryVeeTV! People are confusing their work ethic with how much time they are sleeping and its leads to a ton of burnout and unhappiness. Getting 7-9 hours of sleep a night is perfectly fine for somebody who wants to "work hard", the question becomes how much time are you wasting while you are awake? Are you using every hour as wisely as possible or did you watch YouTube videos for 3 hours? You don't need to sacrifice your sleep, which is extremely important, to be successful, you need to spend the time you are awake as efficiently as you can.
