It is very easy to get caught up in our problems and lose perspective of how good things truly are in your life. If you wake up every day and don't have to worry about your health, where your next meal is coming from, or the well-being of your loved ones, you are doing better than so many more people than your even realize. Take a step back and deploy a bit of gratitude for the things you have and how far you've come, instead of dwelling on what you don't have and what isn't going as well as you want it to. Enjoy!
