Talk Title: An Ally in Bloom

Nic (short for Nicole) Kuck is originally from Southern California. She moved to Arizona 20 years ago to play softball and earn her degree at Grand Canyon University. After graduation, she immersed herself within the special needs community in both an academic & athletic setting. She taught children with vast and varied cognitive and behavioral needs, and coached athletes, and their coaches, within Special Olympics Arizona.

As Nic & Aaron’s (her AZ native husband) family grew, her work with individuals with special needs did too - now caring for two of her own neurodivergent littles; one with often debilitating cognitive & physical symptoms of her disability.

As Executive Director of Eminent Special Needs Planning, her personal experience, allows Nic to build relationships that reach far beyond the technicalities of planning alone. It provides opportunity for intentionality & empathy while educating, envisioning with, & empowering families & organizations for life.
