So the other day, I baked a peach cobbler (because it’s peach season!) and thought I’d film it so I’d have something to share on here because as you may know, all I’ve been doing lately is book writing.😩
I edited it together, had no idea what I was gonna say, but just recorded a few takes of me sharing what came to mind when I watched it.
Turns out, baking as a beginner is a lot like money as a beginner.
You have no idea what you’re doing, you’re worried you’re gonna do it wrong and be judged, and it’s really scary because it’s all new. Then you realize there’s a recipe you can follow, and with practice you can get really good at it. The important part is to practice and not stop and until you finally get it.
Hope this can help motivate anyone feeling like they’re alone and not sure what you’re doing. You’ve got this, keep going!
And if you need some places to start, well, I've got an awesome YouTube channel and podcast!
