Lisa Laronde is the first woman president of RSG International, a global leader in road safety infrastructure, and a powerful advocate for women in leadership. As the first woman president of RSG International, Lisa oversees strategy and operations while building psychologically safe work environments where diversity and inclusion are at the forefront.

In addition, Lisa is president of the Canadian Association of Women in Construction (CAWIC), an advocacy group dedicated to elevating women in construction, while improving working conditions and providing further training and skill development opportunities.

Since taking over leadership at RSG International, the organization has seen a surge in profit and revenue, and Lisa has fostered a company culture that promotes employee wellness and collaboration, standing out as a leader in the construction industry. In recognition of her work both as a successful corporate executive and promoting inclusivity in the industry, she was named one of Canada’s 100 most powerful women by the Women’s Executive Network for 2023.

Lisa is known as a fierce advocate for women in leadership roles and is an influential speaker who often lends her expertise to organizations to inspire others to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
