00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:05.080
What if your state of mind holds the surprising power to transform your physical health?
00:00:05.434 --> 00:00:15.125
Well, today we'll be talking about Frederick Dodson's book, Levels of Energy, the plan is to talk about your state of mind in relation to your health.
00:00:15.824 --> 00:00:22.625
I would say, think about the placebo effect, but more specific to several levels deeper.
00:00:26.304 --> 00:00:33.424
You're listening to the New Age Human Podcast, where we have mind expanding conversations around science, spirituality, and alternative health.
00:00:33.700 --> 00:00:37.780
To help you unlock your true potential and thrive in a rapidly changing world.
00:00:37.829 --> 00:00:46.219
My name is John Astacio and I've been in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years, helping people improve their mental and physical wellbeing using lifestyle changes.
00:00:46.250 --> 00:00:48.310
And now immersive meditation.
00:00:48.649 --> 00:01:04.379
I just ran out of saliva right there, but, um, as you know, my mission is simple as it's to help professionals like you and change makers like you go from stress to clarity so you can navigate uncertainty and live a life of purpose.
00:01:04.430 --> 00:01:11.090
So today, um, yeah, we're going to be pulling from Frederick Dodson's book levels of energy.
00:01:11.090 --> 00:01:14.719
So I want to read to you a little bit of a background so you know who this is.
00:01:14.730 --> 00:01:30.456
If you haven't heard of this guy, definitely recommend reading that book, especially if you're looking for more self awareness, mental clarity, and, um, just be able to Make positive changes in your life, especially if you want to be a successful, um, business owner.
00:01:30.456 --> 00:01:30.746
Right?
00:01:30.996 --> 00:01:46.447
So Frederick Dodson's a personal development coach, author, and speaker who specializes in the areas of consciousness, levels of energy and manifestation his teachings are blended metaphysical insights with practical strategies to help raise.
00:01:46.733 --> 00:01:53.942
their energy levels and improve their lives through self awareness, mental clarity, and deliberate creation.
00:01:54.164 --> 00:02:01.554
now we all are fans of, uh, metaphysical insights here that we're not strangers to that.
00:02:01.554 --> 00:02:07.274
We've had plenty of people on the show that dive into that and then mixing it with practical strategies.
00:02:08.604 --> 00:02:13.459
That's, I feel like what he's doing is, is what I aspire to do.
00:02:13.908 --> 00:02:26.209
Now that book was really cool because Like I said earlier, there's a part of it, and there's a story that I want to share with you where he goes into how your mindset affects your health.
00:02:26.459 --> 00:02:34.079
And we're going to go again, beyond the placebo effect, because that is just, let's say the tip of the iceberg.
00:02:34.598 --> 00:02:49.758
So, first I want to start off with telling you the levels of energy that Frederick Dodson goes over and then I have some information from another book which is, um, What's his name?
00:02:49.859 --> 00:02:50.558
I got the book right here.
00:02:50.558 --> 00:02:50.838
Hold on.
00:02:52.049 --> 00:02:55.899
Uh, David Hawkins, the power versus force.
00:02:55.908 --> 00:03:05.209
So, um, Frederick Dodson does have a similar, uh, I would say spectrum of consciousness that he dives into.
00:03:05.429 --> 00:03:12.308
And, and these, these two books have really changed my outlook on how we, how our thoughts affect our lives.
00:03:12.588 --> 00:03:18.883
And I also want you to think about, Frequency, vibration, because your mind, right?
00:03:19.174 --> 00:03:19.963
Creates thoughts.
00:03:19.963 --> 00:03:21.153
Those thoughts are things.
00:03:21.614 --> 00:03:23.473
Those thoughts are frequencies.
00:03:23.503 --> 00:03:24.604
Those are vibrations.
00:03:24.604 --> 00:03:37.324
And if you're familiar with cymatics, that is, that's literally you seeing how frequency changes matter into shapes and geometry.
00:03:38.183 --> 00:03:43.463
So, I hope that you just now, if not before, see that connection.
00:03:44.709 --> 00:03:46.329
Let's get into the levels of energy.
00:03:47.049 --> 00:03:48.299
I, this was really cool.
00:03:48.348 --> 00:03:52.149
So this is his scale of consciousness progression.
00:03:52.568 --> 00:03:53.829
It's very similar.
00:03:53.829 --> 00:03:57.818
If you're familiar with power versus force with David Hawkins, it's very similar.
00:03:58.679 --> 00:04:06.989
But, um, because we're going to be pulling from a story from Frederick, I wanted to give you his scale.
00:04:07.258 --> 00:04:08.758
So you can better digest it.
00:04:08.778 --> 00:04:09.938
And this story was pretty wild.
00:04:11.188 --> 00:04:12.329
And, uh, okay.
00:04:12.329 --> 00:04:17.329
So it's from zero to a thousand, that's the scale and you have different levels.
00:04:17.338 --> 00:04:25.918
So from zero to a hundred, it's considered the hellish states characterized by negative emotions, like shame and guilt.
00:04:25.918 --> 00:04:33.894
So I want you to think of, as we go through these different levels, If you know anybody that is in this or even some movies, right?
00:04:34.603 --> 00:04:43.514
So I'm gonna go over that and then maybe give you some, hmm, some examples of each, but I, I just wanna go through the levels first.
00:04:43.514 --> 00:04:50.824
So one, I'm sorry, zero to a hundred is hellish states 100 to 1, 99 is low.
00:04:50.824 --> 00:04:58.543
And animalistic emotions such as fear and anger, two hundred and two ninety nine is function and physicality.
00:04:59.423 --> 00:05:02.033
Three hundreds are success and productivity.
00:05:02.949 --> 00:05:06.399
400s are intellectual pursuits and rational thinking.
00:05:06.899 --> 00:05:08.619
500 is joy and love.
00:05:09.009 --> 00:05:18.199
And 600 to 1, 000, which is like a huge, like, jump, and like, I, I, yeah, anyways, is peace and bliss.
00:05:18.769 --> 00:05:31.009
So, going back to 0 to 100, this part I want to drive home, especially because at the time of recording, we are in October.
00:05:31.363 --> 00:05:38.824
And I'm in the Northeast of United States, which is like, when you think of Halloween, you think of the Northeast.
00:05:40.394 --> 00:05:47.824
So hellish States think of, uh, the best thing I can think of is think of those movies.
00:05:48.124 --> 00:05:51.254
The ones where that person, the main character gets possessed.
00:05:51.353 --> 00:05:53.588
What happens leading up to that possession?
00:05:54.899 --> 00:05:57.639
Well, weird things start to happen.
00:05:58.209 --> 00:06:04.199
And a lot of times I've seen this pattern where again, movies come from something, right?
00:06:04.199 --> 00:06:05.259
They do their research.
00:06:06.694 --> 00:06:13.103
And one of these movies comes from a true story and I think it's called Paranormal.
00:06:14.024 --> 00:06:26.603
And, um, yeah, the main character, just stuff happens, like things in the room start moving, stuff falls from the wall, uh, from the, from the, um, shelf.
00:06:27.134 --> 00:06:29.543
And she doesn't know what's going on.
00:06:30.444 --> 00:06:32.913
Things progressively, progressively get worse.
00:06:33.723 --> 00:06:39.223
But the worst part of it is, yes, there's some scary stuff going on, but no one believes her.
00:06:40.129 --> 00:06:41.949
Even not even her own husband, right?
00:06:41.949 --> 00:06:43.399
Your life partner doesn't believe you.
00:06:43.399 --> 00:06:45.168
And so you start to doubt yourself.
00:06:45.689 --> 00:06:52.988
So think of like self doubt, feeling alone, and really living in fear.
00:06:53.079 --> 00:06:56.738
That is that 0 to 100 hellish state, right?
00:06:56.738 --> 00:06:58.509
Negative emotions, shame, guilt.
00:06:59.259 --> 00:07:25.814
Um, and When, uh, the closer you get to zero, Frederick said something very interesting, the closer you get to zero, the more susceptible you are to demonic entities or negative entities that live in different realms that don't possess, possess a body and would love to, and that is a very vulnerable place.
00:07:26.113 --> 00:07:26.863
Keep that in mind.
00:07:27.983 --> 00:07:33.314
Again, if you, if, if you or someone, you know, is in that area.
00:07:33.829 --> 00:07:37.139
Be mindful of that and maybe have them listen to this episode.
00:07:37.598 --> 00:07:39.798
They might appreciate it for sure.
00:07:40.488 --> 00:07:48.069
Next level is 100 to 199 that low animalistic emotion area, fear and anger.
00:07:48.499 --> 00:07:54.788
Think of that person that is on edge all the time and it's easy to get them angry.
00:07:54.999 --> 00:08:00.288
And then at the same time, as you communicate with them, they share that they have a lot of fears.
00:08:00.408 --> 00:08:04.278
And so there's a lot of us now that drop into that fear.
00:08:04.774 --> 00:08:09.584
consciousness and it's hard to navigate through life when you're living in fear.
00:08:09.733 --> 00:08:17.624
So I encourage you to, or at least those people to slow down with social media, right?
00:08:17.624 --> 00:08:18.944
There's a lot of division out there.
00:08:20.069 --> 00:08:31.848
And find time for yourself, find time to, if you really need to know what's going on, which for sure, by all means, know what's going on in the world, but do your research, right?
00:08:31.858 --> 00:08:36.989
Find somebody that is in that realm that you're in.
00:08:37.359 --> 00:08:41.229
Professional space, ask them questions, find the source, right?
00:08:41.318 --> 00:08:42.399
Follow the money.
00:08:42.698 --> 00:08:44.818
The level, next level is 200 to 299.
00:08:46.389 --> 00:08:49.948
Function and physicality, where basic needs are met.
00:08:51.589 --> 00:08:54.828
200 to 299, that's like middle America.
00:08:55.178 --> 00:08:58.178
That's like white picket fence, two cars.
00:08:58.744 --> 00:08:59.783
Two and a half kids.
00:09:00.964 --> 00:09:15.714
Um, the Joneses, so to speak, where all of your basic needs are met and even have the dog, you have food on the table, you have a roof over your head and you're living comfortable.
00:09:15.744 --> 00:09:19.744
You don't want to shake the, uh, paradigm, so to speak.
00:09:20.803 --> 00:09:27.583
And, um, you know what, since we're in the two hundreds, I want to go back to 100 to one in 99.
00:09:28.774 --> 00:09:32.624
Apparently Frederick Dodson believes that conspiracy theorists.
00:09:33.043 --> 00:09:38.443
Are in the 100 to 199 and it's kind of interesting how you have fear and anger.
00:09:39.418 --> 00:09:53.339
And next time you listen to somebody talk about conspiracies again, I love talking about conspiracies and thinking about them because it makes you think outside of the box, but I don't allow it to drop me into fear.
00:09:53.729 --> 00:10:00.619
I allow it to keep my mind open and keep myself questioning because that's how we make positive change, right?
00:10:00.619 --> 00:10:02.719
You would question the narrative and question the norm.
00:10:03.048 --> 00:10:05.078
You try something new, but.
00:10:05.303 --> 00:10:06.474
Be careful of that fear and anger.
00:10:06.504 --> 00:10:09.943
So, um, back to 200 to 299.
00:10:10.014 --> 00:10:11.553
Yeah, that's, that's middle America.
00:10:11.894 --> 00:10:22.673
Um, I'm only, I, I've only lived in America, but, um, If you're in the UK or a different country, uh, I know, I noticed that a lot of you guys listen from all over the world.
00:10:22.673 --> 00:10:32.703
So I appreciate you for listening in, but think of like, all your basic needs are met and maybe that person doesn't want to rattle the cage and speak out.
00:10:32.793 --> 00:10:33.014
Right.
00:10:33.063 --> 00:10:35.014
It's just like, You do your basic stuff.
00:10:35.854 --> 00:10:37.653
Next level is three hundreds.
00:10:37.744 --> 00:10:42.344
Three hundreds is very interesting because that is the success and productivity focusing on achievement.
00:10:42.774 --> 00:10:49.543
And in that book, he talks about how you can identify these people where they tend to wear flashy clothes.
00:10:49.583 --> 00:10:50.553
Like think of that friend.
00:10:50.553 --> 00:10:51.994
That's very entrepreneurial.
00:10:52.283 --> 00:10:53.813
They go to all the networking events.
00:10:54.323 --> 00:11:11.464
And they're all over social media, they seem to have all the answers and they're like the go getter They and they dress the best Maybe they have like a nice fancy car because they're making more than the person that is just, um, living, um, based off of function and physicality.
00:11:11.474 --> 00:11:14.533
Like they're doing more than just putting food on the table.
00:11:14.543 --> 00:11:15.533
They, they want more.
00:11:15.533 --> 00:11:18.984
They aspire to, to, to be more and to change lives.
00:11:19.413 --> 00:11:20.974
And they're reading all the self help books.
00:11:21.333 --> 00:11:22.903
That's someone who's in the three hundreds.
00:11:23.234 --> 00:11:47.604
And at least, uh, most of the time we all fall down and up through this scale and on a different episode I want to give you a hint that moving up and down the scale Um does involve narcotics and psychedelics and that's a really interesting one Um, david hawkins goes into a little bit more and i'm working on an episode like that.
00:11:47.604 --> 00:11:51.739
So sneak peek into that You just got a heads up.
00:11:52.869 --> 00:11:53.639
Uh, let's okay.
00:11:53.639 --> 00:11:59.418
So next is four hundreds, four hundreds is intellectual pursuits and rational thinking.
00:12:00.428 --> 00:12:04.759
Uh, from what I remember, Frederick Dotson mentions this.
00:12:05.474 --> 00:12:11.744
When he talks about the geniuses out there, the ones that are really creative.
00:12:12.073 --> 00:12:18.583
If you, or you know, a friend that is like, they, they get lost.
00:12:18.594 --> 00:12:21.283
They can lock themselves in their.
00:12:22.259 --> 00:12:24.208
And they just do research all day.
00:12:24.469 --> 00:12:33.719
This is like the hardcore person that time stops and you, you tap into this place of like almost infinite creativity.
00:12:34.048 --> 00:12:40.908
Think of, I believe Einstein is like high four hundreds, um, really, really intelligent people.
00:12:40.948 --> 00:12:52.078
And oftentimes you, we know them as so smart that they start to lose, emotional intelligence and they're just the awkward bunch.
00:12:52.798 --> 00:13:09.538
And I feel I identify more so with the 400s because I remember just in school, I would just sit down in a different area of art class and have my own projects because they were just all too easy.
00:13:09.969 --> 00:13:15.244
And um, yeah, it was just, It was, it was fun, but at the same time it was boring.
00:13:15.244 --> 00:13:25.433
It was like, I was like the annoying kid that would always raise his hand and, and have all the answers because I just love to doodle and draw and create and, and, and just do that type of thing.
00:13:26.114 --> 00:13:32.774
Uh, and then there's also the, the techie people that love to take apart, uh, phones and, and, and that was me too.
00:13:32.774 --> 00:13:35.374
I took apart a whole freaking yo yo.
00:13:36.283 --> 00:13:40.964
Uh, I made my own glow in the dark or, um, watch.
00:13:41.019 --> 00:13:44.068
Long story, I just had fun.
00:13:44.489 --> 00:13:58.158
I even put together, um, you know, those race tracks where you have, you plug it into the wall and it's like, uh, you, you have a trigger and it goes around and around in a circle or these loop de loops and stuff.
00:13:58.639 --> 00:14:02.288
And it's electric driven, like little tracks that these cars are put on.
00:14:02.678 --> 00:14:08.349
I added, I put together two of those and that means that you have to plug it in.
00:14:09.739 --> 00:14:11.089
So I gave it twice the power.
00:14:11.089 --> 00:14:21.683
I had two controllers per car and, um, let's just say there was a lot of smoke and, um, Dents in the wall, but it was fun, right?
00:14:21.714 --> 00:14:22.583
And embrace that.
00:14:23.244 --> 00:14:25.134
Next level is 500.
00:14:25.864 --> 00:14:30.594
That's joy and love marked by unconditional love and appreciation.
00:14:31.884 --> 00:14:37.783
I remember him, Frederick, talking about 500s being that person.
00:14:37.813 --> 00:14:46.609
And in my own language, from my point of view, Because they're just positive all the time, right?
00:14:46.609 --> 00:14:47.999
They're just blissed out.
00:14:48.129 --> 00:14:52.349
Imagine someone who seems like they're high all the time, right?
00:14:52.558 --> 00:14:57.999
And you're like, I'm happy for you, but I'm also concerned because someone's going to take advantage of you.
00:14:58.828 --> 00:15:03.798
So, not necessarily, They're in a place where they're going to be taken advantage of.
00:15:04.509 --> 00:15:10.458
I would say the person that we get taken advantage of is the one that is Artificially in that state of mind.
00:15:11.139 --> 00:15:26.038
When you level up and get there through life experiences, that's when harder, you're unmoved by people's negativity.
00:15:26.509 --> 00:15:29.349
You are more compassionate to others.
00:15:30.668 --> 00:15:35.828
Let's say this, a 500 is not going to yell at somebody on the highway because they cut them off.
00:15:36.259 --> 00:15:39.589
They're going to be like, you know what, that person probably has something they got to do.
00:15:39.619 --> 00:15:40.839
Maybe their wife is pregnant.
00:15:40.839 --> 00:15:42.589
They're driving to the emergency room.
00:15:42.589 --> 00:15:44.399
Maybe they have to go to the bathroom.
00:15:44.399 --> 00:15:45.989
They're trying to find the next exit, right?
00:15:46.448 --> 00:15:48.489
And I do my best to think that way.
00:15:48.839 --> 00:16:04.264
And a 500 is, I think Frederick Dawson mentioned that 500 is, Like, Tony Robinson, someone who is thinking on a more global scale, and um, how they can help the masses, and I aspire to do that.
00:16:05.448 --> 00:16:07.599
Next level is 600 to a thousand.
00:16:08.219 --> 00:16:17.808
We're going to couple these all together because that is just beyond what most people have been able to achieve that peace and bliss.
00:16:17.808 --> 00:16:20.649
Like that's just next level that person.
00:16:21.259 --> 00:16:22.119
And it's interesting.
00:16:22.119 --> 00:16:25.119
Frederick says, and it's very important to bring this home.
00:16:26.318 --> 00:16:32.438
A person that's around 600 plus, they're not necessarily trying to make money.
00:16:32.859 --> 00:16:36.739
They're not necessarily trying to have like a high level of success.
00:16:36.759 --> 00:16:38.219
They have no need for it.
00:16:38.649 --> 00:16:47.578
If anything, they walk around and their lifestyle is based off of constant co creation.
00:16:47.609 --> 00:16:51.568
They walk into a room and the whole energy of the room changes.
00:16:52.038 --> 00:17:03.808
And if, You are, if you want to think about it, as you get to a thousand, a thousand is closer to the avatars of our history that changed the world on a massive scale.
00:17:04.138 --> 00:17:13.108
Think of Jesus of Nazareth, where he was doing things that this seemed to defy.
00:17:13.804 --> 00:17:20.203
Our current laws of physics, walking on water and turning water into wine.
00:17:21.523 --> 00:17:23.003
This is where it gets really cool.
00:17:23.074 --> 00:17:29.163
This is where a lot of the metaphysical, um, things come into play.
00:17:29.163 --> 00:17:35.634
Where, remember Jesus said, All things that I am doing, you can do that and more.
00:17:35.784 --> 00:17:43.469
I know I butchered that, but he was basically saying that like, Everything that I'm doing, You will be able to do that and more.
00:17:43.878 --> 00:18:15.818
And it's that example that he set for getting to a thousand, which is really cool because as we do other episodes, I'm going to show you how these people, Frederick Dotson, David Hawkins, how they came across this levels of consciousness and by using something called muscle testing, your muscles have the ability, your body knows absolute truth and false.
00:18:16.118 --> 00:18:17.269
And I'm going to leave it at that.
00:18:18.009 --> 00:18:19.778
Can I just leave you a little cliffhanger?
00:18:21.269 --> 00:18:23.038
I know some of you guys are pissed off.
00:18:23.479 --> 00:18:25.578
What do you mean do the research?
00:18:25.989 --> 00:18:26.888
I'm going to do another episode.
00:18:26.898 --> 00:18:27.419
No worries.
00:18:27.439 --> 00:18:31.519
But if you really want to get into that, I really do shoot me an email.
00:18:31.659 --> 00:18:32.528
Go to new age, human.
00:18:32.699 --> 00:18:33.979
com forward slash.
00:18:34.179 --> 00:18:35.608
I think contact or just go to each human.
00:18:35.769 --> 00:18:37.078
com and hit the contact button.
00:18:37.088 --> 00:18:48.179
You might have to do the whole HTTPS forward slash WWW because there's some security things I got to work on anyways, uh, or just wherever you're listening or watching, just respond to this.
00:18:48.209 --> 00:18:50.108
And I'm just curious about your thoughts.
00:18:51.159 --> 00:19:01.949
And if you've heard of this, which I would not doubt if you have, uh, so now I want to get into that story that I told you about earlier.
00:19:02.759 --> 00:19:03.068
All right.
00:19:03.759 --> 00:19:16.638
I call it the levels of energy story, but I like to bring this story up to friends that I, you know how you get into that conversation and then it just goes there and it gets deeper and deeper.
00:19:16.638 --> 00:19:17.749
And then like an hour goes by.
00:19:18.818 --> 00:19:22.068
I love to bring this up when it comes to your mindset and your health.
00:19:22.499 --> 00:19:23.179
Again, remember.
00:19:23.598 --> 00:19:25.098
Beyond the placebo effect.
00:19:25.398 --> 00:19:33.169
And I'm going to do my best to regurgitate this story because I was having a hard time finding it in the audio version of this book.
00:19:33.548 --> 00:19:36.239
So bear with me, but I'll set the scene.
00:19:36.538 --> 00:19:39.929
There's four friends, all different levels of energy.
00:19:40.409 --> 00:19:42.628
going on a hike, right?
00:19:42.628 --> 00:19:45.999
I think they're doing like a camping trip, but you know, you're going to hike to your spot, right?
00:19:46.298 --> 00:19:49.648
And you're in the woods and there's brush and there's trees.
00:19:49.719 --> 00:19:50.769
It's a beautiful scene.
00:19:51.929 --> 00:19:54.398
And, uh, let me break down the different levels.
00:19:54.818 --> 00:19:59.278
And instead of you having to remember like a name associated to a number, I'm just going to call them by their number.
00:20:00.648 --> 00:20:08.459
So level 80, this person deals with sorrow, grief, self pity, depression.
00:20:09.338 --> 00:20:09.598
All right.
00:20:09.598 --> 00:20:10.888
So think of level 80.
00:20:11.574 --> 00:20:19.223
As person number one or just level 80 level one 60 is anger, domination, violence, rage, revenge.
00:20:19.233 --> 00:20:19.723
All right.
00:20:19.723 --> 00:20:29.183
One 60 three 20 willingness, eager, optimism, kindness, 500 joy and love unconditionally.
00:20:29.324 --> 00:20:29.483
All right.
00:20:29.523 --> 00:20:33.394
So we have those four energies at the time.
00:20:34.544 --> 00:20:38.114
Frederick was level three 20.
00:20:38.854 --> 00:20:42.753
And so this is him talking about his story of going, me.
00:20:43.163 --> 00:20:51.564
Hiking in the woods as they're hiking one, um, level one 60 starts really scratching his legs and arms.
00:20:51.564 --> 00:20:53.773
And he's just like having a hard time.
00:20:53.874 --> 00:20:54.943
He's in pain.
00:20:55.223 --> 00:20:59.913
And they start to see that he is red all over his arms and legs.
00:20:59.953 --> 00:21:09.443
And he's, and he's, he's just like, really angry, pissed off because he's in pain and everybody had to stop the trip.
00:21:09.953 --> 00:21:15.243
And then level 80 noticed once one 60s pain and rashes.
00:21:15.713 --> 00:21:16.903
And he's like, huh, that's weird.
00:21:16.903 --> 00:21:17.824
I'm not, I don't feel anything.
00:21:17.824 --> 00:21:22.273
But then he looks at his arms and legs and he's even more swollen than one 60.
00:21:22.304 --> 00:21:24.804
And he's like, wow, this is, this is annoying.
00:21:25.364 --> 00:21:27.423
Um, why does this happen to me?
00:21:28.284 --> 00:21:28.644
Right.
00:21:29.084 --> 00:21:30.304
And self, self harm.
00:21:30.304 --> 00:21:34.463
And then you have 320, which is Frederick.
00:21:34.743 --> 00:21:45.054
And he starts, you know, everybody starting checking, starting to check themselves out and, uh, Frederick he's level one, uh, 320 willingness, eager optimism.
00:21:46.064 --> 00:21:48.584
He starts to see that he's a little bit red.
00:21:49.003 --> 00:21:49.334
Right?
00:21:49.364 --> 00:22:01.104
But it's like, it doesn't really itch that much, not that much pain, and then, um, Level 500, which I believe was the one leading them, Joy and Love, Mr.
00:22:01.104 --> 00:22:06.544
Joy and Love, Unconditionally, he has no pain, no rashes, nothing.
