I have a client that doesn't like journaling, but if you don't journal, it will be in your head, but it'll be much harder for you to figure out and see a trigger or a pattern because the patterns are what you don't see when it's, it's in your head.

So to speak of your journaling and you go through pages and you circle what stands out at you or you can highlight, Just it's got to be consistent so you can see repetition.
