00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:07.762
I traveled a lot last year and I met a lady, who's a part of my business now, she shared it with someone that was close to her and I know.
00:00:07.767 --> 00:00:14.247
he had a very serious condition where blood vessels would burst under his skin and he would get infections and scarring very life-changing.
00:00:14.247 --> 00:00:16.717
He went from planning his funeral to planning his future
00:00:20.867 --> 00:00:21.318
All right.
00:00:21.318 --> 00:00:22.797
Welcome to the New Age podcast.
00:00:23.178 --> 00:00:31.858
I'm your host, Jon Astacio, and today we're talking with Melanie Ryan, who's a health practitioner, the host of the Mindful Conversations Podcast.
00:00:32.567 --> 00:00:40.667
And well, this episode she shares her journey with overcoming Lyme Disease and how inspired her to help others improve their health and wellness.
00:00:40.728 --> 00:00:49.637
So stick around because we also go into a product called Redox Signaling, which works on a cellular level to improve your overall health.
00:00:49.982 --> 00:01:05.433
And the importance of detecting imbalances in the body and how it can be done with something called biofeedback and then lastly, a life-changing testimonial from someone who was told that they had to plan for their funeral and now found a solution where they're living a, an awesome life.
00:01:05.572 --> 00:01:08.352
And the solution was frequency therapy.
00:01:08.352 --> 00:01:09.602
So that's, That's awesome.
00:01:09.933 --> 00:01:19.683
So before we begin, remember, you can always join the Telegram channel where we discuss topics mentioned in the show, and more importantly, sharing what topics are of most interest to you.
00:01:19.893 --> 00:01:23.352
And if you wanna connect with me, just go to NewAgeHuman.com.
00:01:23.673 --> 00:01:25.593
All right, let's get to the show.
00:01:25.593 --> 00:01:28.281
Ba boom welcome to the show, Melanie.
00:01:28.311 --> 00:01:29.031
Thanks for coming on.
00:01:29.381 --> 00:01:30.650
Thank you so much.
00:01:30.650 --> 00:01:31.430
I'm glad to be here.
00:01:32.210 --> 00:01:33.471
I'm glad for you to be here too.
00:01:33.471 --> 00:01:40.251
We, we literally just finished up a recording on your show, so it's pretty cool for us to do the little flip thing.
00:01:40.611 --> 00:01:46.150
So we've been talking for a while, so if anybody is curious today so yeah.
00:01:46.150 --> 00:01:48.912
Today we're gonna talk about biofeedback, so, yeah.
00:01:49.641 --> 00:01:52.971
We're gonna dive into that because it's a, it's a, I consider it new age tech.
00:01:52.971 --> 00:01:54.021
We're using frequency.
00:01:54.021 --> 00:01:56.930
So if you, if that's a buzzword for you, we're gonna jump in.
00:01:56.930 --> 00:02:02.370
So, Melanie, let's talk about what, what is, what the heck is biofeedback?
00:02:02.490 --> 00:02:03.120
What's going on here?
00:02:03.906 --> 00:02:07.146
Well, first of all, I will say I was introduced to biofeedback.
00:02:08.270 --> 00:02:14.001
Probably close to 25 years ago, uh, when I was, I was already in the wellness industry, but this was a new concept to me.
00:02:14.001 --> 00:02:28.161
I was actually at an event in New Hampshire and I met a lady who, cuz I had struggled with a health issue many years ago, and long story short is I had Lyme disease, which is kind of a buzzword too, really right now, um, which I think a lot of people have.
00:02:28.281 --> 00:02:31.700
But anyway, I had finally got my diagnosis and I was getting better doing it.
00:02:31.705 --> 00:02:32.901
More of a natural approach.
00:02:32.901 --> 00:02:34.341
But I met this lady at an event.
00:02:35.165 --> 00:02:45.036
And she was sharing with me about biofeedback, and I was intrigued, but I was also freaked out because I thought, oh, that's really kind of too, too much new age for me too.
00:02:45.036 --> 00:02:45.665
Woowoo, right?
00:02:45.670 --> 00:02:47.015
Like, and I didn't understand it.
00:02:47.015 --> 00:02:50.225
So I think sometimes we stay away from things we don't understand.
00:02:50.616 --> 00:02:56.015
And so I kind of, I talk to her a little bit, just she talked me into doing like a 10 minute little.
00:02:56.610 --> 00:02:57.211
Session right.
00:02:57.211 --> 00:02:57.871
Just real quick.
00:02:58.260 --> 00:03:06.360
And I didn't really give her any information about myself until she ran the scan and literally in like 10 or 15 minutes, she said, do you have lime?
00:03:06.360 --> 00:03:09.105
And I was like, Yeah, I do.
00:03:09.105 --> 00:03:11.895
And that it took me 10 years to get a diagnosis.
00:03:11.895 --> 00:03:15.586
So for her to do that in such a short time, it really got my attention.
00:03:15.975 --> 00:03:20.895
And then she was like, well, I live in Vermont, and at the time I lived in Maine, and she goes, I can work on you remotely.
00:03:20.895 --> 00:03:23.536
And I was like, oh, that's, that's a little too far.
00:03:23.716 --> 00:03:25.716
So I backed up from that.
00:03:25.975 --> 00:03:32.975
And even though I, I've always been very intrigued by the idea I really didn't go for it at the time.
00:03:33.336 --> 00:03:35.885
So that was my first introduction into biofeedback.
00:03:36.695 --> 00:03:51.145
And then years later, still being in the wellness industry, I was introduced to it multiple times again, and I never forgot that lady because, um, when you go through a health crisis that lasts so long and then you're able to get a, an idea, right?
00:03:51.151 --> 00:03:53.936
So kind of one thing about biofeedback is.
00:03:54.790 --> 00:04:07.390
You know, it's all using quantum physics and energy, and, uh, it's, it's actually, it's, uh, software is actually very simple to use and you can find out some very interesting things for people.
00:04:07.395 --> 00:04:16.661
And I don't wanna get too far ahead of your question, but, uh, it is a very interesting technology and it's a great way to find out what's outta balance in the body.
00:04:16.930 --> 00:04:20.440
So technically, we're not supposed to diagnose you with.
00:04:20.735 --> 00:04:28.295
An issue, but when you run the program, it really shows you what's out of balance in the body, and that's, it's using frequencies to do that.
00:04:29.355 --> 00:04:31.425
Which is actually interesting, so it's a.
00:04:31.810 --> 00:04:43.841
A program that is on the computer that when you run it, it is identifying you non locally and identifying what frequencies are messing you up.
00:04:43.870 --> 00:04:52.331
And I, it does sound like it's identifying your health or it's identifying things that we, that have labels on it in the health world, right.
00:04:53.141 --> 00:04:54.161
Diseases, whatever.
00:04:54.461 --> 00:05:03.315
And giving them their own frequency and then, You did it on me and you pressed the button and, and you're like, so we're just clearing it out.
00:05:03.466 --> 00:05:11.685
And, and to give you like a sneak peek in what she did, it identifies your trauma from birth.
00:05:11.956 --> 00:05:21.696
And so I still have some years to look at at certain ages to reflect on and talk to my basically talk to my mom about like when I was this years old.
00:05:22.110 --> 00:05:22.860
What happened
00:05:23.110 --> 00:05:23.461
Right.
00:05:24.031 --> 00:05:28.500
this came up and, and so it's interesting to have like a, a piece of software that does that.
00:05:28.500 --> 00:05:31.250
So it's it's definitely, uh, in that woowoo realm.
00:05:31.500 --> 00:05:31.790
Yeah.
00:05:31.971 --> 00:05:45.000
So one of the things, so with my equipment, it, when I really investigated this and was contemplating whether to get into this, field, I looked at a lot of different equipment and some biofeedback equipment.
00:05:45.281 --> 00:05:48.120
Um, Some of it's more limited, right?
00:05:48.120 --> 00:05:50.911
So it can identify like maybe a thousand things.
00:05:51.300 --> 00:05:58.620
But you're not just identifying with what I'm doing, you're actually identifying what's going on and then trying to bring balance or Correct.
00:05:58.651 --> 00:05:58.920
Right.
00:05:58.920 --> 00:06:00.511
We're not treating, but we're correcting.
00:06:00.516 --> 00:06:00.750
Right.
00:06:00.750 --> 00:06:01.560
Bringing balance.
00:06:01.980 --> 00:06:06.930
And so from my understanding is this particular equipment is actually considered a medical device.
00:06:06.951 --> 00:06:12.440
In Europe and other countries, where in the United States, it's more considered a stress relief device.
00:06:12.711 --> 00:06:22.786
So what we're doing is we're trying to identify what's going on in the body, whether it's trauma, Like I could find out ages that a person has had significant trauma like yourself when we ran it.
00:06:23.175 --> 00:06:25.786
It can actually identify the ages.
00:06:25.836 --> 00:06:30.786
If you've had significant stress, if it's still affecting you, it will show up in your ages.
00:06:30.786 --> 00:06:35.636
And I have an interesting story about that with forgiveness because that's kind of how I was more intrigued to get into it.
00:06:35.636 --> 00:06:40.536
But when we hold onto anger and bitterness and unforgiveness in our life, it actually can affect us.
00:06:40.896 --> 00:06:41.555
Health wise.
00:06:41.915 --> 00:06:44.915
So anyway, those are just some of the things that can, can come up.
00:06:44.915 --> 00:06:51.185
Now if I have people in my office and, and I do a scan, I can actually use a headband.
00:06:51.216 --> 00:06:54.336
It's it goes around the forehead and the wrist and the ankles.
00:06:54.336 --> 00:06:58.505
And it's not that, that is what's connecting you to the device.
00:06:58.505 --> 00:07:01.716
It's just another delivery system for the frequency.
00:07:01.721 --> 00:07:06.005
So for instance, you're in Connecticut, right?
00:07:06.665 --> 00:07:07.386
If that's okay to say.
00:07:07.716 --> 00:07:08.255
I dunno if that was.
00:07:08.646 --> 00:07:09.425
Something I should say not.
00:07:09.425 --> 00:07:13.925
But anyway, and I'm in Texas, so I was able to do a session with him.
00:07:14.016 --> 00:07:19.026
And it's not that the, the frequencies are going through the internet or anything like that.
00:07:19.026 --> 00:07:21.636
It's just connects to him with my equipment.
00:07:21.636 --> 00:07:22.387
It, it's based on.
00:07:23.781 --> 00:07:25.461
So, let me back up for a second.
00:07:25.610 --> 00:07:32.240
So, every place on the planet has a frequency, every person, every illness, every supplement, every, everything has a frequency.
00:07:32.571 --> 00:07:37.141
So how it connects to the person is based on their birthday.
00:07:37.670 --> 00:07:39.391
And it's not based on astrology.
00:07:39.540 --> 00:07:39.870
Okay.
00:07:39.870 --> 00:07:42.271
It's, it's based on where you were born.
00:07:42.271 --> 00:07:45.000
So I was born in Maine and I live in Texas.
00:07:45.000 --> 00:07:48.391
So the frequency from one place to another is completely different.
00:07:48.990 --> 00:07:51.480
So we, we put in where you were born, right?
00:07:51.485 --> 00:07:52.141
City and state.
00:07:52.531 --> 00:07:54.880
So date of birth, uh, if you know the time of birth, that's helpful.
00:07:55.781 --> 00:07:56.321
Your given name.
00:07:56.321 --> 00:08:01.211
So nobody else was really born on the same day in the, at the same time, in the same place, with the same name as you're right.
00:08:01.211 --> 00:08:01.810
It's very unique.
00:08:01.815 --> 00:08:03.985
It's kind of like, Our fingerprints, right?
00:08:03.985 --> 00:08:09.355
Our fingerprints are very unique to us, so it's kinda like you have your own frequency, so that's how it connects to you.
00:08:10.326 --> 00:08:14.786
It's interesting how, um, it'll pinpoint through time.
00:08:15.341 --> 00:08:16.661
What that frequency is.
00:08:16.661 --> 00:08:33.171
So I'm very curious on like what they use or what they, they use to grasp that frequency because, um, you have lay lines, you have astrology, you have, um, all kinds of things that help identify the location of something.
00:08:33.230 --> 00:08:37.900
So having it frequency based, uh, I'm pretty sure that was a lot of work on the back end to figure that one out.
00:08:37.975 --> 00:08:38.186
I'm
00:08:38.380 --> 00:08:48.431
Um, You said you had like a, an interesting testimonial or story around someone that got some interesting results that it's like undeniable care to share.
00:08:49.451 --> 00:08:49.750
Yeah.
00:08:49.750 --> 00:08:54.910
So of course I can't give names or anything because of confidentiality, but I have.
00:08:54.971 --> 00:08:59.681
So, before I get into the testimony, we'll say this so we can do Like the traumas right lower there.
00:08:59.681 --> 00:09:02.051
It's age traumas, uh, emotional conflicts.
00:09:02.051 --> 00:09:03.910
It's a whole, whole emotional panel.
00:09:04.030 --> 00:09:05.890
And then there's physical, right?
00:09:05.895 --> 00:09:13.571
So it could detect things like viruses, bacteria, toxins, heavy metals, parasites, whatever.
00:09:14.010 --> 00:09:16.921
And so this whole hormonal thing is kind of a big deal right now.
00:09:16.921 --> 00:09:18.931
Seems like everybody's having issues with hormones.
00:09:18.931 --> 00:09:23.260
So I have a lady who lives in another state who was referred to me a few years ago.
00:09:24.211 --> 00:09:28.721
Who she was having, like, and we can't diagnose cure or anything like that.
00:09:28.721 --> 00:09:30.971
So I always have to say that when I talk about medical stuff.
00:09:31.301 --> 00:09:34.620
But she was having a lot of problems with hormonal stuff.
00:09:34.681 --> 00:09:37.471
And so when I ran her panel, it definitely flagged.
00:09:37.770 --> 00:09:44.100
And so there's another section that we can go into and actually run like adrenals, pituitary, like whatever, right?
00:09:44.100 --> 00:09:45.600
And to find out where they're, where they're at.
00:09:45.931 --> 00:09:47.520
So anyway, she got amazing results.
00:09:47.730 --> 00:09:51.780
And like she didn't have any more huff flashes, which I never had to deal with that.
00:09:51.780 --> 00:09:53.821
So I didn't understand how important that was for her.
00:09:53.826 --> 00:09:55.020
But it, it was a big deal.
00:09:55.471 --> 00:10:02.041
And so we were doing this like every couple weeks and it wasn't, cause she had them back, but she was afraid they were gonna come back.
00:10:02.370 --> 00:10:04.870
So she had really amazing results.
00:10:05.160 --> 00:10:13.600
It, it has really helped her in a lot of different ways, not just from, I guess for those of us who haven't really ever had that problem, we don't relate to.
00:10:14.155 --> 00:10:15.686
Maybe how bad that could be for someone.
00:10:15.985 --> 00:10:22.456
So, those who may be listening that have had that problem could probably relate, but I couldn't personally relate to how bad it was.
00:10:22.875 --> 00:10:28.125
But her results were amazing to the point where she actually went out and bought the equipment so she could have it for herself.
00:10:28.275 --> 00:10:29.625
So that was pretty neat too.
00:10:30.076 --> 00:10:30.645
But yeah.
00:10:30.706 --> 00:10:32.056
So yeah, go ahead.
00:10:32.490 --> 00:10:41.791
Oh, well, I was gonna say is, um, you mentioned hot flashes, and that's a, uh, that's a, basically that's what when you get to a certain age, and it's, what is it, post-menopause, is that
00:10:41.811 --> 00:10:42.615
more menopause,
00:10:42.630 --> 00:10:43.081
guide?
00:10:43.081 --> 00:10:44.520
I'm, I'm trying to understand, you know?
00:10:44.535 --> 00:10:44.865
right.
00:10:44.926 --> 00:10:50.186
So yeah, it'd be a woman thing, but yeah, so ev guys have hormonal imbalances too, right?
00:10:50.186 --> 00:10:55.166
So there's panels in there for men and for women to find out what their levels are and where they're at.
00:10:55.495 --> 00:10:59.686
And so the point of doing biofeedback really is to bring balance, right?
00:10:59.905 --> 00:11:00.716
So everything's about balance.
00:11:00.716 --> 00:11:11.936
So as an example, if I was in the profile that says, or the, the emotional part that says, um, conflict stressors, if it were to come up and say somebody had an honesty conflict.
00:11:13.135 --> 00:11:15.115
You might be thinking, oh my gosh, that's embarrassing.
00:11:15.115 --> 00:11:16.466
Like I'm not dishonest.
00:11:16.645 --> 00:11:20.245
It doesn't mean that the person is dishonest, it just means there's an imbalance.
00:11:20.245 --> 00:11:25.015
So everything we're looking up in the profile is to find out what's out of imbalance in the body.
00:11:25.285 --> 00:11:37.941
So it can be kind of interesting if somebody were to come up, well, for example, if I run somebody, we have a bi, a big panel that we do, and it can run 7,000 different frequencies different parameters to find out what's going on in the body.
00:11:37.946 --> 00:11:38.961
So let's just say.
00:11:40.186 --> 00:11:45.855
Something scary came up, like whatever, some kind of cancer, it doesn't necessarily mean that that person has that cancer.
00:11:45.855 --> 00:11:48.225
It just means something's, something's showing up somewhere.
00:11:48.225 --> 00:11:48.645
Right.
00:11:49.076 --> 00:11:53.995
But if it were to come up 10 times in different panels, then it might be something to pay attention to.
00:11:54.000 --> 00:11:54.385
Right.
00:11:54.655 --> 00:11:59.576
Even though I can't quote give them a diagnosis of that, but it's something they can kind of keep track of.
00:11:59.635 --> 00:12:00.025
So
00:12:00.691 --> 00:12:01.480
Uh, something.
00:12:01.916 --> 00:12:06.326
Something came up and you know how people say they went to a haunted house and something followed them.
00:12:07.525 --> 00:12:18.355
I'm just curious, has that, uh, I know it's a stretch, has, have you seen any of that come across your, I don't wanna say plate, but your, your desk where someone's like, uh, I think I have attachments.
00:12:18.355 --> 00:12:18.865
Can you help?
00:12:19.225 --> 00:12:20.995
Or you found something like that?
00:12:20.995 --> 00:12:21.145
I'm
00:12:21.461 --> 00:12:23.321
I can't say that I have, um,
00:12:23.816 --> 00:12:24.086
Good.
00:12:24.250 --> 00:12:25.541
really say that I've had that happen.
00:12:25.541 --> 00:12:26.321
No, not yet.
00:12:26.326 --> 00:12:26.400
Anyway.
00:12:27.145 --> 00:12:27.596
Okay.
00:12:27.686 --> 00:12:28.796
That's, that's good to know.
00:12:29.110 --> 00:12:43.120
But it is interesting when you say that because I know that I've told you this, but I had done a podcast with a lady who does a lot with frequency stuff and she has a meter, and you probably know all this stuff, but those meters that you buy can detect that stuff, right?
00:12:43.221 --> 00:12:51.581
So I haven't done that personally, but you can check things around your home to see what your frequencies are in your home and if you should do things to protect yourself, whatever.
00:12:51.581 --> 00:12:53.291
But I do know those meters can do that.
00:12:53.291 --> 00:12:55.480
So I haven't have that yet.
00:12:56.005 --> 00:13:01.676
I think the, the biofeedback is mostly like your health and things that are like health related.
00:13:01.885 --> 00:13:07.525
There was a, a part where you showed me my aura, which was really interesting.
00:13:07.916 --> 00:13:12.186
Um, if I can, if I get a chance, I'll see if I can like, add that to, uh, the video version
00:13:12.505 --> 00:13:12.926
Mm-hmm.
00:13:12.926 --> 00:13:13.797
of when this comes up.
00:13:14.035 --> 00:13:16.046
I'll, I'll, uh, I'll mark that for later.
00:13:16.416 --> 00:13:17.316
But it was pretty cool.
00:13:17.316 --> 00:13:19.025
I mean, have you had, oh yeah.
00:13:19.056 --> 00:13:19.416
So.
00:13:20.360 --> 00:13:28.581
Most people that are aware of what auras are, you know, you have different chakras and then there's different colors that are associated to different emotional states.
00:13:28.941 --> 00:13:36.120
And so can you share the story that you told me about, like something that was unexpected that came up with the
00:13:36.336 --> 00:13:38.076
Yeah, that was kind of a weird one.
00:13:38.125 --> 00:13:48.855
So whenever I do that, like this is another part of Oras and shockers was something I was never really wanting to know about or understand because I thought it was a little too out there for me.
00:13:49.196 --> 00:13:54.196
But when I have people that are interested in that, I, I have that ability to do that with the equipment.
00:13:54.826 --> 00:13:58.846
So, and everybody's is different, their colors, and they all have different meanings.
00:13:59.655 --> 00:14:09.706
And so some are very colorful and some are, you know, might have a one or two colors intertwined Anyway, you know, I get excited and I start talking about like, oh, I wonder what your color's gonna be.
00:14:10.035 --> 00:14:12.316
And I actually had somebody come up that was.
00:14:12.841 --> 00:14:15.870
Very gray, like the whole color, like there was no color.
00:14:16.260 --> 00:14:22.321
And I still don't know really what that means because that's not one of the colors that come, should come up, but it doesn't sound good, right?
00:14:22.321 --> 00:14:23.041
So, I don't know.
00:14:23.041 --> 00:14:27.510
You, we, you had some interesting comments on that, but that was the only time that has ever happened.
00:14:27.600 --> 00:14:30.691
I've never had that happen again, but it's different.
00:14:30.691 --> 00:14:31.140
Yeah.
00:14:31.441 --> 00:14:32.041
So, yeah.
00:14:32.041 --> 00:14:36.990
To, for, for anybody that's curious about the, the comment it was, um, and we didn't record.
00:14:36.990 --> 00:14:37.230
Oh, yeah.
00:14:37.230 --> 00:14:40.081
That was my personal session that we, we spoke about that.
00:14:40.291 --> 00:14:46.890
So, um, my comment was, there's a term where you, you say someone's, someone is an npc, a non.
00:14:47.461 --> 00:14:48.990
Player computer.
00:14:49.110 --> 00:14:52.801
And that's a gaming description of a gaming term.
00:14:52.801 --> 00:14:53.100
There you go.
00:14:53.100 --> 00:14:57.961
When you play in a video game and you have the characters that aren't really a person, it's just a fill in.
00:14:58.020 --> 00:15:08.490
And so some people believe that there are filler people out, out and about, and maybe you had a filler person that just literally had no.
00:15:09.635 --> 00:15:22.865
N no soul, so to speak, which is a scary thought or a, an insanely compromised soul where their ORs are all jacked up because dark in my experience and, and.
00:15:23.225 --> 00:15:26.166
When I've had the conversation of like, the colors, what they mean.
00:15:26.495 --> 00:15:37.145
Just non-color and dark means either a dark entity that's latched onto you or you are very clogged up and like nothing's coming.
00:15:37.206 --> 00:15:39.426
Like all your channels are just clogged.
00:15:40.096 --> 00:15:43.821
Which is a, I'm pretty sure you would know because you would feel it, right?
00:15:43.910 --> 00:15:45.890
You would just, I don't know.
00:15:45.905 --> 00:15:49.725
particular person, I would never have thought that honestly it was, it was different, right?
00:15:49.725 --> 00:15:55.375
So I had never experienced it, and it was awkward because I was kind of going on about how exciting I was, to be doing that.
00:15:55.375 --> 00:15:58.346
And then I was like, oh yeah, that was
00:15:58.571 --> 00:15:59.471
What did they say?
00:16:00.655 --> 00:16:02.515
They laughed it off, but it was embarrassing.
00:16:02.515 --> 00:16:02.936
You know what I mean?
00:16:02.936 --> 00:16:03.625
It'd say weird.
00:16:03.926 --> 00:16:13.765
It's like I just never, and, and you know, maybe there's, maybe somebody can and comment and, and tell me their thoughts on that, but I personally had just, I've never had that happen again either.
00:16:14.125 --> 00:16:25.196
And like you said, it could be they're clogged up, you know, maybe there's just, um, but I mean, everything else worked fine as far as their readings and stuff, so yeah, it was, it was, unexpected.
00:16:25.860 --> 00:16:36.630
So I know we spoke about, um, biofeedback and the interesting technology behind that from figuring out your, well you said like 7,000 frequencies.
00:16:36.630 --> 00:16:38.640
That's just nuts.
00:16:39.211 --> 00:16:43.831
Going into, there's something else that you mentioned, and it's called Redox and.
00:16:44.956 --> 00:16:52.485
It's an interesting, it's more of like a liquid that took like decades to formulate and it's something that you introduced me to.
