Charles Miller has not had a taste of freedom for over 21 years. He resides in the Taylor Correctional Institution in Taylor County Florida. Charles was charged with murder and sentenced to life without the possibility of parole.

The case documents prove that no murder weapon (gun) was brought into evidence and that the shell casings found around the murder scene do not in any way link Charles to the murder weapon. Through DNA testing, the blood evidence found at the scene belong exclusively to the victim. Out of 38 fingerprints, not one was a match to Charles.

Still, those who testified were incarcerated individuals who received adjusted sentences. Charles Miller left behind the love of his life, Michele Rorie, who still stands by his innocence along with 7 others who can vouch for his alibi. Michele was 4 months pregnant when he was taken from her and their unborn baby.

This family deserves to reunite! Please help to right this wrong.
